Chef’s Note: This is a good dressing to use if your total meal is lacking in fat. You can always take out the oil and add a little water instead.
Ingredients:
- ½ teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon splenda
- ¼ teaspoon minced shallots
- pinch kosher salt
- pinch ground pepper
