Life is short…it really is.
This is kind of personal but there have been many times in my life when someone suddenly died.
Tragic car accidents have claimed the most lives.
Some very good friends, one of which gave me my first shot at being a personal trainer…
Most tragically I lost my hero…my father.
Maybe it is because of these experiences that I am so focused, dedicated and relentless to inspire and coach others to get out of their comfort zones, to face fear and live greatly.
Today, I want share some words that found there way to me somehow. I don’t know who to give credit to but whoever it was “Thank You.”
