Water.
It’s your main ingredient.
The human body is composed of approximately 38 trillion cells and everyone of them needs water to function optimally.
Everyone knows water is important yet many don’t properly hydrate.

How much water is needed daily?
Drink at least 1/2 your bodyweight in pounds in ounces of water per day.
(200lb human = 100oz H2O)

Since hydration needs are affected by many factors such as weather, medication & exercise, be sure to check the urine color chart below to assess if this is the appropriate amount for you. Make adjustments as needed.

If you want to attain peak mental and physical performance adequate hydration is critical.

It’s not sexy or “cutting edge” yet other than oxygen nothing is more important.

How long can go without food?
Mahatma Gandhi went 21 days without a single bite. He only drank water.

How long can a human live without a drop of water?
There are various factors but the rule of thumb is 72 hours.

It’s the little things done consistently that lead to MASSIVE RESULTS over time.
