There are hundreds of protein bars on the market today. Unfortunately, most of them are packed with artificial ingredients and loads of sugar.
When choosing a high quality protein bar it’s important to first and foremost choose based off of the quality of the ingredients. In other words, the more natural and unprocessed the ingredients the better.
For example, I would much rather prefer to have sugar coming from pitted dates than from evaporated cane juice.
Next consider protein. If it contains 20 grams or more of protein then it provides enough protein to stave off cravings for most people.
Finally, consider fiber content. Fiber acts a control rod to stabilize blood sugar and control cravings. Look for a bar that has 5 grams or more.
Top 3 Considerations For Choosing The Top 5 Protein Bars On The Planet Earth
- High Quality Ingredients. This Supercedes All Other Considerations. No Chemicals. Unprocessed. The Closer To Its Natural Source The Better.
- High Protein To Control Cravings and Stabilize Blood Sugar. Shoot for 20 Grams of Protein per bar or more.
- High Fiber To Control Cravings and Stabilize Blood Sugar. 5 Grams per bar or more is ideal.

They don’t get any more natural than these.

P.S. – As many of you know, I test everything. I constantly put different workouts, diets, devices and supplements to the test. You could say that I am a human experiment…a guinea pig. Anyway, here’s a program that I found really works. It is unconventional. The marketing for it is a little “hypey” but the science behind it is solid and it is effective. It is designed for healthy and sustainable fat loss. It’s not a quick fix. It’s not magic but it does in fact deliver results. You can review it by CLICKING HERE.
I have been eating Dale’s Protein Bars for years. I live on the blueberry macadamia bars and the lemon bars, I really don’t know how I would function during a 9 hour work day.
