Its Tuesday the 20th and I have your App in my hand reading your post about to share my story with you. Thanks for putting this program together its got to be one of the most important self-development programs I have ever engaged in. As of today I am getting close to recording 425 sessions and I can easily say after doing that work I’m not the same person I was when I started. This work has been a the best place I have had to go to challenge my self physically, create some discomfort in my life and tap into my higher self… The Lion when it starts to burn and the little lamb wants to quit. I have really used incantations as my primary method of maintaining the proper mind set to maintain the discipline of daily work outs. I have 4 or 5 that I say in my head again and again and again to drown out the lamb from complaining. I’m thrilled with the change in my physical appearance and have dropped around 55 pounds from a high of 236 to my lowest of 176. In June of 2021 I started tracking my body fat with a withering scale and was at 29% body fat. Today I hover from 7 to 11 depending on how dialed in my macros are for the day. At this point I think I am the healthiest I have been at any point in my life and I am also the most proud of my body than at any other point in my life.

Interestingly an impact of my workout and nutrition regimen outside of health has been my action taking oriented ness at the office. Things I used to procrastinate on I just act on. Acting in spite of physical discomfort is empowering. It makes other activities simple by contrast. I do tough things. I am a beast! I was made for this! I love this shit! I am that I am Now I am the voice! I AM A LION not a Lamb.
