I have never felt better in my life. As a hairstylist and bartender, I sometimes find myself in a less than optimal position. My trainer, Billy Beck, is more than a trainer, he helped me find ways to live with the program and actually enjoy it. It just wasn’t yelling and counting – it was an educating, empowering and motivating experience. I feel as though I am a new person and that I can do anything! I am a better person now because of what I have learned.
