Recomendo usar o Molho Hoisin da marca Whole Foods 365 porque ele tem o menor teor de a\u00e7\u00facar e o m\u00e1ximo de sabor. Se voc\u00ea n\u00e3o encontrar macarr\u00e3o soba de espelta, pode substitu\u00ed-lo por macarr\u00e3o de trigo sarraceno.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1\u00bd on\u00e7a de macarr\u00e3o soba de espelta, n\u00e3o cozido<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc x\u00edcara de cebola roxa fatiada<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc x\u00edcara de piment\u00e3o vermelho fatiado<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd colher de ch\u00e1 de \u00f3leo de semente de gergelim<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd x\u00edcara de repolho napa, desfiado<\/li>\n<li>4 \u00bd on\u00e7as de camar\u00e3o cozido no vapor, sem casca e sem cauda<\/li>\n<li>2 colheres de ch\u00e1 de vinagre de vinho de arroz<\/li>\n<li>1 colher de sopa de molho Hoisin, marca 365 Whole Foods<\/li>\n<li>2 colheres de ch\u00e1 de amendoim picado<\/li>\n<li>Salpicos de sementes de gergelim<\/li>\n<li>1 colher de sopa de coentro fresco picado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>M\u00e9todo de prepara\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Coloque uma panela com \u00e1gua para ferver. Coloque o macarr\u00e3o soba na \u00e1gua e siga o tempo de cozimento indicado na embalagem. Quando o macarr\u00e3o estiver pronto, escorra-o e passe-o por \u00e1gua fria para interromper o cozimento.<\/li>\n<li>Aque\u00e7a uma frigideira antiaderente borrifada com spray de cozinha sem gordura e refogue a cebola roxa e o piment\u00e3o at\u00e9 ficarem macios. Isso deve ser feito em fogo m\u00e9dio ou eles queimar\u00e3o. Pulverize novamente a frigideira conforme necess\u00e1rio.<\/li>\n<li>Quando os legumes estiverem macios, adicione o repolho, o camar\u00e3o, o vinagre de vinho de arroz, o molho Hoisin e o macarr\u00e3o.
