(leitura obrigat\u00f3ria)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>A vida \u00e9 curta... realmente \u00e9.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Isso \u00e9 um pouco pessoal, mas houve muitas ocasi\u00f5es em minha vida em que algu\u00e9m morreu repentinamente.<\/p>\n<p>Os acidentes de carro tr\u00e1gicos foram os que mais ceifaram vidas.<\/p>\n<p>Alguns amigos muito bons, um dos quais me deu minha primeira chance de ser personal trainer...<\/p>\n<p>Mais tragicamente, perdi meu her\u00f3i... meu pai.<\/p>\n<p>Talvez seja por causa dessas experi\u00eancias que eu seja t\u00e3o focado, dedicado e incans\u00e1vel para inspirar e treinar outras pessoas a sa\u00edrem de suas zonas de conforto, enfrentarem o medo e viverem intensamente.<\/p>\n<p>Hoje, quero compartilhar algumas palavras que, de alguma forma, chegaram at\u00e9 mim.
