No entanto, se estiver procurando otimizar a composi\u00e7\u00e3o corporal ou alcan\u00e7ar o status de campe\u00e3o, prestar aten\u00e7\u00e3o aos intervalos de descanso acelerar\u00e1 a perda de gordura, o ganho muscular e a for\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>Para revisar rapidamente o \u00faltimo boletim informativo sobre o Princ\u00edpio KING T.U.T., um TUT espec\u00edfico produz um resultado espec\u00edfico.<\/p>\n<p>Em outras palavras, a dura\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalho de um m\u00fasculo durante uma s\u00e9rie produz um resultado espec\u00edfico. Aqui, simplificarei a f\u00f3rmula e apresentarei algumas diretrizes que fornecer\u00e3o a estrutura para um plano de treinamento eficaz, para que voc\u00ea possa come\u00e7ar a aplic\u00e1-la imediatamente.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Para melhorar a composi\u00e7\u00e3o corporal, os intervalos de descanso de 30 segundos a 120 segundos produzem a maior mudan\u00e7a f\u00edsica.<\/li>\n<li>Intervalos de descanso de 30 a 60 segundos combinados com um volume maior (s\u00e9ries totais de 20 a 32, intervalos de repeti\u00e7\u00f5es de 10 a 20) aumentam os n\u00edveis de horm\u00f4nio do crescimento. Esse \u00e9 um protocolo eficaz para acelerar a perda de gordura.<\/li>\n<li>Intervalos de descanso mais longos (60 a 120 segundos) com faixas de repeti\u00e7\u00f5es mais baixas (6 a 12) elevam os n\u00edveis de testosterona mais do que os de GH. Esse tipo de plano \u00e9 eficaz para aumentar a massa muscular magra.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>Experimente este plano de 4 semanas:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Semana 1:<\/strong> Descanse 60 segundos entre as s\u00e9ries (mantenha as repeti\u00e7\u00f5es entre 12 e 15, ritmo 202)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Semana 2:<\/strong> Descanse 45 segundos (Repeti\u00e7\u00f5es 12 - 15, tempo 211)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Semana 3:<\/strong> Descanse 30 segundos (Repeti\u00e7\u00f5es 10 - 12, 401)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Semana 4:<\/strong> Descanse 120 segundos (repeti\u00e7\u00f5es 6 - 8, 401)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Durante o seu treinamento, n\u00e3o escolha exerc\u00edcios de \"bunda mole\", como kickbacks de tr\u00edceps ou extens\u00f5es de joelho. Embora eles possam ter seu lugar \u00e0s vezes, acho que muitas pessoas evitam os exerc\u00edcios BIG BANG, como agachamentos, agachamentos divididos, prensas de banco de dados, flex\u00f5es, remadas etc.<\/p>\n<p>Os movimentos b\u00e1sicos s\u00e3o muito mais eficazes para provocar mudan\u00e7as f\u00edsicas por dois motivos:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Eles ativam mais fibras musculares<\/li>\n<li>Eles iniciam a libera\u00e7\u00e3o de horm\u00f4nios que sinalizam ao corpo para queimar gordura e construir m\u00fasculos (testosterona, GH, IGF-1)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Por fim, coloquei meu assistente em meu plano mais eficaz de desenvolvimento muscular. Ent\u00e3o, entro em minha academia e o vejo treinando. Percebo rapidamente que ele est\u00e1 falando entre as s\u00e9ries e n\u00e3o h\u00e1 nenhum cron\u00f4metro \u00e0 vista. Ent\u00e3o, perguntei-lhe com firmeza: \"Johan, voc\u00ea est\u00e1 cronometrando seu descanso?\"<br \/>\nEle diz: \"Sim\" e veja s\u00f3. Ele afirma que consegue ver as horas pela m\u00fasica que est\u00e1 tocando.<\/p>\n<p>Sim... meu assistente acha que ele \u00e9 o Dick Clark. Moral da hist\u00f3ria... obtenha um CRON\u00d3GRAFO. N\u00e3o fa\u00e7a estimativas. N\u00e3o use o sol para medir os intervalos de descanso e, definitivamente, n\u00e3o use m\u00fasica. Use um cron\u00f4metro.<\/p>\n<p>O pr\u00f3ximo princ\u00edpio do treinamento de campe\u00f5es \u00e9 o MAIS IMPORTANTE de todos.<\/p>\n<p>Mantenha-se concentrado, alimente-se bem e emagre\u00e7a!<\/p>\n<p>BB3<\/p>\n<p>P.S. - Aqui est\u00e1 um link que achei inspirador, tanto que pendurei uma c\u00f3pia dele na parede do meu escrit\u00f3rio.
