Essa filosofia simples o levar\u00e1 literalmente anos-luz \u00e0 frente da maioria dos levantadores de peso em qualquer academia.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Os CINCO C's do treinamento de resist\u00eancia<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>1. Desafio:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Se quiser obter resultados, voc\u00ea precisa trabalhar. Desculpe, mas \u00e9 a verdade. Como mencionei anteriormente, \u00e9 absolutamente imperativo irritar o m\u00fasculo com pesos desafiadores ou voc\u00ea n\u00e3o produzir\u00e1 um est\u00edmulo.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e3o perca seu tempo. Desafie a si mesmo.<\/p>\n<p>Um erro comum que vejo quando algu\u00e9m inicia um programa de exerc\u00edcios \u00e9 o de progredir muito rapidamente. O resultado final \u00e9 o esgotamento e, muitas vezes, les\u00f5es. Se voc\u00ea n\u00e3o tem se exercitado de forma consistente, tudo o que precisa fazer para obter resultados \u00e9 um pouco mais do que est\u00e1 acostumado. Obviamente, se voc\u00ea fica colado no sof\u00e1 seis horas por dia, n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 preciso muito. Seja realista e avance um passo de cada vez e, antes que perceba, estar\u00e1 fazendo avan\u00e7os monumentais.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. Controle:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>O erro n\u00famero um cometido na academia que limita os resultados \u00e9 a velocidade com que voc\u00ea levanta e abaixa o peso. A VELOCIDADE DE GUERRA n\u00e3o \u00e9 aceit\u00e1vel. Deixe-me explicar. Quando um peso \u00e9 levantado rapidamente, o m\u00fasculo trabalha inicialmente, mas depois se ap\u00f3ia no impulso. Em seguida, a dire\u00e7\u00e3o do peso \u00e9 invertida. Quando a descida \u00e9 descontrolada, o ciclo de encurtamento do alongamento \u00e9 explorado. Rel\u00f3gio:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Rel\u00f3gio refere-se ao tempo. O tempo necess\u00e1rio para concluir seu exerc\u00edcio n\u00e3o deve ser superior a 60 minutos. Ap\u00f3s esse tempo, voc\u00ea estar\u00e1 treinando al\u00e9m da capacidade de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o do seu corpo. O rel\u00f3gio tamb\u00e9m se refere ao descanso entre as s\u00e9ries. Pesquisas mostram que per\u00edodos de descanso de 30 a 60 segundos produzem um aumento nos horm\u00f4nios ben\u00e9ficos (testosterona e horm\u00f4nio do crescimento) e melhoram a efici\u00eancia cardiovascular. N\u00e3o adivinhe seus intervalos de descanso. Olhe para o rel\u00f3gio. Per\u00edodos de descanso espec\u00edficos produzem resultados espec\u00edficos.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>4. Alterar:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Se voc\u00ea continuar fazendo as mesmas coisas, acabar\u00e1 atingindo um obst\u00e1culo. \u00c9 por isso que voc\u00ea deve alterar o programa de treinamento de resist\u00eancia com frequ\u00eancia. Quanto mais avan\u00e7ado voc\u00ea for como praticante de exerc\u00edcios, mais frequentemente dever\u00e1 manipular o programa. De modo geral, se voc\u00ea n\u00e3o treina de forma consistente, deve alterar seu programa a cada 3 ou 4 semanas. Abaixo est\u00e3o listados os 7 m\u00e9todos para desafiar seu corpo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Levantamento de pesos mais pesados<\/li>\n<li>Redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos per\u00edodos de descanso<\/li>\n<li>Diminui\u00e7\u00e3o do ritmo<\/li>\n<li>Aumentar o n\u00famero de s\u00e9ries<\/li>\n<li>Realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de mais repeti\u00e7\u00f5es<\/li>\n<li>Treinar cada parte do corpo com mais frequ\u00eancia (uma vez por semana versus tr\u00eas vezes por semana)<\/li>\n<li>Treinar mais vezes por semana<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>5. Concentra\u00e7\u00e3o e foco:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Para tirar o m\u00e1ximo proveito de seu treinamento, \u00e9 imperativo concentrar-se na meta e desafiar-se sempre. Com dez milh\u00f5es de coisas acontecendo em sua vida e distra\u00e7\u00f5es por toda parte, muitas vezes \u00e9 mais f\u00e1cil falar do que fazer. Muitas vezes, meus clientes chegam distra\u00eddos e sem foco.
