Por isso, decidi me tornar personal trainer e, aos 18 anos de idade, obtive a certifica\u00e7\u00e3o, e foi a\u00ed que minha jornada come\u00e7ou.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Billy:<\/strong> Qual \u00e9 o maior erro que voc\u00ea v\u00ea os clientes cometendo quando est\u00e3o tentando perder gordura?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Michelle:<\/strong> Eu diria que, na maioria das vezes, as pessoas s\u00e3o<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N\u00e3o comer o suficiente<\/li>\n<li>Exerc\u00edcio excessivo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Quando digo n\u00e3o comer o suficiente, estou me referindo a n\u00e3o comer o n\u00famero suficiente de vezes por dia, o que desacelera o metabolismo, e n\u00e3o comer quantidades suficientes de alimentos limpos. A maioria das pessoas que est\u00e1 tentando perder peso come duas vezes por dia e s\u00f3 come saladas. O que acaba acontecendo \u00e9 que, al\u00e9m de desacelerar o metabolismo, elas se empanturram no final do dia.<\/p>\n<p>Por excesso de exerc\u00edcio, quero dizer CARDIO! As pessoas acham que precisam fazer uma tonelada de exerc\u00edcios aer\u00f3bicos para perder peso antes de iniciar um programa de treinamento de resist\u00eancia. As pessoas n\u00e3o est\u00e3o cientes dos imensos benef\u00edcios que um programa de treinamento de resist\u00eancia tem sobre a perda de gordura.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Billy:<\/strong> Para ser um excelente instrutor como voc\u00ea, quais s\u00e3o, em sua opini\u00e3o, as chaves para o sucesso?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Michelle:\u00a0<\/strong>Quanto ao sucesso como instrutor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Educa\u00e7\u00e3o continuada<\/li>\n<li>Cercar-me de pessoas positivas, inteligentes e bem-sucedidas (como todos os treinadores da <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bb3trainingcenter.com\">BB3<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li>Paix\u00e3o pelo que fa\u00e7o<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Quanto ao sucesso com os clientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gosto de me concentrar nas 165 horas por semana em que meus clientes n\u00e3o est\u00e3o comigo. Durante as 3 horas em que eles treinam comigo, eu me certifico de que minha educa\u00e7\u00e3o continuada me permita criar \u00f3timos programas que levem as pessoas a ganhar m\u00fasculos, perder gordura, ficar sem dor e, ao mesmo tempo, se divertir. Mas h\u00e1 muito mais horas em que eles n\u00e3o est\u00e3o comigo e meu objetivo \u00e9 inspir\u00e1-los e ensin\u00e1-los a controlar sua nutri\u00e7\u00e3o durante essas horas. Na maioria das vezes, \u00e9 ajud\u00e1-los a planejar suas refei\u00e7\u00f5es em fun\u00e7\u00e3o de suas vidas ocupadas, de uma forma que n\u00e3o se sintam privados e de uma maneira que gostem. Poderia dar algumas dicas para nossos leitores?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Michelle: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Uma vez por semana <strong>criar um menu<\/strong> do que voc\u00ea vai comer durante toda a semana.<\/li>\n<li>Fa\u00e7a um <strong>lista de compras e compras<\/strong> para tudo o que voc\u00ea precisa para a semana.<\/li>\n<li>Reserve um tempo para encontrar e <strong>receitas culin\u00e1rias<\/strong> que s\u00e3o <strong>limpos, mas s\u00e3o satisfat\u00f3rios<\/strong> para que voc\u00ea n\u00e3o se sinta privado, pois se n\u00e3o se sentir privado, conseguir\u00e1 manter seu plano de nutri\u00e7\u00e3o por mais tempo, o que o ajudar\u00e1 a obter melhores resultados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>H\u00e1 algo muito mental e emocional na alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o.  Se voc\u00ea aproveitar toda a experi\u00eancia de comer e se sentir satisfeito, tender\u00e1 a comer menos. Se a comida tem boa apar\u00eancia e bom sabor, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 necessidade de \"porcarias\" ou calorias extras de \"por\u00e7\u00f5es extras\" porque voc\u00ea n\u00e3o ficou satisfeito com sua \"refei\u00e7\u00e3o chata\".<\/p>\n<p>E se voc\u00ea reservar um tempo para planejar com anteced\u00eancia e se preparar para a semana, ser\u00e1 muito mais f\u00e1cil comer de forma limpa.  Al\u00e9m de ser mais agrad\u00e1vel, voc\u00ea tamb\u00e9m economiza tempo, energia e frustra\u00e7\u00e3o. N\u00e3o consigo me imaginar tendo que pensar todos os dias no que vou comer, no que vou cozinhar e se tenho todos os ingredientes, al\u00e9m de ter que ir ao supermercado todos os dias. Tudo o que \u00e9 preciso \u00e9 o COMPROMISSO de planejar e preparar.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">Meu SEGREDO \u00e9:\u00a0<strong><em>PLANEJAR E PREPARAR DE FORMA RECORRENTE.<\/em><\/strong> Defina um dia e um hor\u00e1rio toda semana para planejar o card\u00e1pio e fazer compras de alimentos.<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Billy:<\/strong> Qual \u00e9 o seu conselho para quem quer ter uma barriga magra ou um abd\u00f4men definido?
