Isso tamb\u00e9m pode levar a les\u00f5es e \u00e0 diminui\u00e7\u00e3o da for\u00e7a e do desempenho. A solu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 realizar o trabalho miofascial e depois ativar os m\u00fasculos. H\u00e1 muitas maneiras de fazer isso e eu costumo usar v\u00e1rias t\u00e9cnicas, incluindo T\u00e9cnicas de Ativa\u00e7\u00e3o Muscular (MAT), Cinesiologia Aplicada, Teste de Nutrientes ou uma Fase de Aquecimento IGNITE.
