Lauderdale, Fl\u00f3rida.  Tivemos mais sorte do que nossos amigos do Mississippi e da Louisiana, mas mesmo um furac\u00e3o de n\u00edvel 1 pode causar s\u00e9rios danos.<\/p>\n<p>Durante a noite, pude ouvir o assobio do vento, sons de \u00e1rvores se quebrando e detritos atingindo minhas janelas (moro no \u00faltimo andar de um condom\u00ednio!).<\/p>\n<p>No dia seguinte, olhei pela janela com vista para o campo de golfe e... Uau! Parecia que o King Kong teve um acesso de raiva e arrancou todas as \u00e1rvores... dezenas delas.  Mais de 1 milh\u00e3o de casas estavam sem energia e quase tudo estava fechado.  Depois de falar com a maioria dos meus clientes e amigos, fiquei aliviado ao saber que todos estavam bem.  Ent\u00e3o, me dei conta como uma tonelada de tijolos: a academia est\u00e1 fechada. N\u00e3o h\u00e1 eletricidade, ent\u00e3o a comida estraga.  Poucos ou nenhum restaurante est\u00e1 aberto.  Meus clientes!  O que as pessoas v\u00e3o comer? Como v\u00e3o se exercitar?<\/p>\n<p>Depois de um breve momento de p\u00e2nico, eu me recompus e criei a Dieta do Furac\u00e3o.  A Dieta do Furac\u00e3o foi criada para aqueles momentos em que voc\u00ea est\u00e1 preso em casa e n\u00e3o consegue comer.  Seja por causa de um furac\u00e3o, uma nevasca, uma queda de energia ou pura pregui\u00e7a, aqui est\u00e1 uma estrat\u00e9gia alimentar que permitir\u00e1 que voc\u00ea continue a se mover em uma dire\u00e7\u00e3o positiva.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>As diretrizes:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>Os alimentos devem ser n\u00e3o perec\u00edveis.<\/li>\n<li>Cada refei\u00e7\u00e3o deve conter uma fonte magra de prote\u00edna e um carboidrato.<\/li>\n<li>Muita \u00e1gua!  Como os alimentos n\u00e3o perec\u00edveis geralmente cont\u00eam grandes quantidades de s\u00f3dio, \u00e9 importante beber mais do que o normal.  O aumento da ingest\u00e3o de \u00e1gua ajudar\u00e1 a eliminar a reten\u00e7\u00e3o de l\u00edquidos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>Veja um exemplo:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><b>Caf\u00e9 da manh\u00e3:<\/b> Muffin ingl\u00eas de trigo integral com manteiga de amendoim natural<\/p>\n<p><b>No meio da manh\u00e3:<\/b> Beef Jerky e uma ma\u00e7\u00e3<\/p>\n<p><b>Almo\u00e7o:<\/b> Atum albacora com baixo teor de s\u00f3dio. Use 1 pacote de maionese light e um pacote de picles para dar sabor.  Coloque um pouco no p\u00e3o de trigo integral e saboreie.<\/p>\n<p><b>No meio da tarde:<\/b>\u00a0Barra nutricional que contenha pelo menos 20 gramas de prote\u00edna.<\/p>\n<p><b>Jantar:<\/b> A Chicken of the Sea faz pacotes de camar\u00e3o que s\u00e3o \u00f3timos! Eles podem ser encontrados perto do atum. Misture com molho italiano sem gordura. Sirva com peda\u00e7os de abacaxi enlatado sem adi\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00facar.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00c0 noite:<\/b> Shake de prote\u00edna com baixo teor de a\u00e7\u00facar e gordura.<\/p>\n<p>Deixe-me salientar que isso n\u00e3o \u00e9 100% ideal; no entanto, isso o manter\u00e1 no caminho dos resultados.  A verdadeira chave para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica \u00e9 fazer o melhor que puder na maior parte do tempo.<\/p>\n<p>Voc\u00ea n\u00e3o precisa ser perfeito.<\/p>\n<p>Esforce-se para atingir a perfei\u00e7\u00e3o e voc\u00ea ficar\u00e1 louco.
