De fato, 3 em cada 4 americanos s\u00e3o considerados acima do peso e 1 em cada 3 \u00e9 classificado como obeso. Por que temos um problema t\u00e3o grande (sem trocadilhos)? Alguns especialistas dizem que \u00e9 porque as pessoas s\u00e3o pregui\u00e7osas. Eu discordo totalmente. O que fizemos no \u00faltimo ano, 3 anos ou 30 anos se acumulou lentamente e foi resultado direto de nossos h\u00e1bitos.<\/p>\n<p>Acho que \u00e9 uma quest\u00e3o de mudan\u00e7a de h\u00e1bitos e, convenhamos, isso n\u00e3o \u00e9 f\u00e1cil. \u00c9 claro que \u00e9 ideal cozinhar sua pr\u00f3pria comida, carregar um refrigerador o dia todo e comer a cada 3 horas, mas h\u00e1 um pequeno problema. Uma refei\u00e7\u00e3o ideal cont\u00e9m uma prote\u00edna magra, um carboidrato rico em amido e um vegetal fibroso. Para obter melhores resultados, uma refei\u00e7\u00e3o ideal deve ser ingerida a cada 3 horas, at\u00e9 seis vezes por dia.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Quanto devo comer?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Coma o suficiente para se sentir satisfeito, mas n\u00e3o empanturrado. Eu os pedi por dois anos antes de tentar algo diferente no card\u00e1pio. Eles s\u00e3o considerados uma prote\u00edna magra. Como eles j\u00e1 v\u00eam com legumes cozidos no vapor, voc\u00ea precisar\u00e1 pedir uma batata-doce ou batata assada para acompanhar.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Botany Bay Fish O' the Day (Peixe do dia em Botany Bay)<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Eu n\u00e3o pe\u00e7o muito, mas \u00e9 uma boa op\u00e7\u00e3o, desde que n\u00e3o seja um peixe de \u00e1gua doce, como truta ou salm\u00e3o. Como essa refei\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 grande para os padr\u00f5es da maioria das pessoas, talvez voc\u00ea queira levar um pouco para casa ou escolher outra op\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Qual \u00e9 a melhor coisa para beber?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Cerveja. \u00c9 brincadeira.<\/p>\n<p>A melhor coisa para se beber \u00e9 sempre \u00e1gua, mas isso pode ser entediante.
