Uma li\u00e7\u00e3o que meu pai ensinou foi a diferen\u00e7a entre t\u00e1tica e estrat\u00e9gia. \"Uma t\u00e1tica\", ele explicou, \"\u00e9 o que voc\u00ea faz. \u00c9 o objetivo. Uma estrat\u00e9gia \u00e9 como voc\u00ea vai atingir a t\u00e1tica ou a meta. \u00c9 o plano. Voc\u00ea deve sempre ter mais de uma estrat\u00e9gia para atingir sua t\u00e1tica - para o caso de algo n\u00e3o dar certo. Sempre planeje com anteced\u00eancia.\"<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 importante saber isso porque a maioria dos programas de condicionamento f\u00edsico e livros de dieta, se n\u00e3o todos, discutem uma \u00fanica T\u00c1TICA, mas n\u00e3o explicam como fazer isso no mundo real (a estrat\u00e9gia).<\/p>\n<p>Um livro de dieta diz: \"Coma pouco carboidrato!\"... mas como? .... Quais alimentos t\u00eam pouco carboidrato?<\/p>\n<p>Outro livro diz: \"Treine intensamente\"... quanto peso devo usar? ... preciso ir a uma academia? ... Com que frequ\u00eancia devo treinar?<\/p>\n<p>Uma t\u00e1tica eficaz para queimar gordura \u00e9 comer a cada tr\u00eas horas... de prefer\u00eancia comida de verdade, composta de uma prote\u00edna magra, um carboidrato complexo ou de alta octanagem e um vegetal. Sei que isso nem sempre \u00e9 realista, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 para meus clientes, mas tamb\u00e9m para mim. Por exemplo, uma estrat\u00e9gia que implemento diariamente \u00e9 o uso de um Shake Substituto de Refei\u00e7\u00e3o (MRP). Aqui est\u00e1 um dia extra\u00eddo de meu di\u00e1rio de treinamento e nutri\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Estrat\u00e9gia de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h5><strong>Refei\u00e7\u00e3o 1 - 5h15<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>1 \u00bd C. de claras de ovos<\/li>\n<li>1 ovo org\u00e2nico inteiro<\/li>\n<li>2 pacotes de Grits<\/li>\n<li>2 gramas de vitamina C<\/li>\n<li>Cardo mariano<\/li>\n<li>Multivitam\u00ednico\/mineral<\/li>\n<li>1 comprimido de enzimas digestivas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Refei\u00e7\u00e3o 2 - 8:45 a.m.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>2 colheres de sopa de prote\u00edna em p\u00f3 Vanilla Formula-1 e mirtilos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Refei\u00e7\u00e3o 3 - 11:00 a.m.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>2 colheres de prote\u00edna Strawberry Formula-1 \u00be C. de farinha de aveia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Refei\u00e7\u00e3o 4 - 2:00 p.m.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>6 oz. de peito de frango Teriyaki<\/li>\n<li>1 C. de arroz integral<\/li>\n<li>1 C. Ervilhas\/cenouras<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Refei\u00e7\u00e3o 5 - 5:00 p.m.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>6 oz. de peito de frango Teriyaki<\/li>\n<li>1 C. de arroz integral<\/li>\n<li>1 C. Ervilhas\/cenouras<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Refei\u00e7\u00e3o 6 - 8:00 p.m.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>2 colheres de sopa de Chocolate Formula-1 Protein<\/li>\n<li>Misturado em 2 x\u00edcaras de iogurte org\u00e2nico natural<\/li>\n<li>2 gramas de vitamina C<\/li>\n<li>5 gramas de glutamina<\/li>\n<li>2 gramas de \u00f3leo de peixe<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nesse dia espec\u00edfico, treinei clientes das 6h \u00e0s 11h e depois fui imediatamente para uma reuni\u00e3o de 90 minutos. Depois disso, me exercitei por 40 minutos. Treinei mais dois clientes e depois fui para casa estudar e preparar minha comida para o dia seguinte.<\/p>\n<p>Se eu n\u00e3o tomasse um shake entre os clientes, poderia facilmente passar de 6 a 7 horas sem comer.<\/p>\n<p>Duas estrat\u00e9gias alimentares fundamentais para acelerar o metabolismo, queimar gordura e aumentar a massa muscular magra s\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Prepare sua comida na noite anterior. Normalmente, fa\u00e7o o dobro ou o triplo no jantar e uso as sobras no dia seguinte.<\/li>\n<li>Quando estiver com pouco tempo ou n\u00e3o houver comida de verdade dispon\u00edvel, consuma um shake com prote\u00ednas e carboidratos. Voc\u00ea deve ter notado que eu bebo 2 colheres de prote\u00edna (40 gramas) e depois adiciono \u00be de x\u00edcara de aveia. Acrescento a farinha de aveia porque a prote\u00edna em p\u00f3 n\u00e3o cont\u00e9m carboidratos suficientes. As fibras e os carboidratos de alta qualidade da aveia ajudam a estabilizar os n\u00edveis de a\u00e7\u00facar no sangue, permitindo assim que o corpo libere gordura como combust\u00edvel.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>At\u00e9 a pr\u00f3xima vez....oh wait....Eu quase me esqueci.<\/p>\n<p>Na semana passada, eu disse que iria contar algo muito embara\u00e7oso... e vou contar. Mas ainda n\u00e3o.
