Isso quase nunca acontece.  Portanto, voc\u00ea precisa de uma abordagem mais inteligente.  \u00c9 simples.  Se voc\u00ea for diligente, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel atingir sua meta de fazer flex\u00f5es completas no estilo militar em 30 dias.  Tudo depende de onde voc\u00ea est\u00e1 come\u00e7ando. \u00a0<strong>Todo ser humano com um batimento card\u00edaco tem a capacidade de se tornar mais forte.  Isso \u00e9 um fato.  Portanto, se essa for sua meta, empenhe-se e assim ser\u00e1.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">A estrat\u00e9gia para passar de \"flex\u00f5es femininas\" para \"flex\u00f5es totalmente no estilo militar\"<\/h4>\n<p><strong><i>AVISO: N\u00e3o trabalho com cordeiros. Trabalho com le\u00f5es.  Se voc\u00ea est\u00e1 chateado por eu ter usado o termo \"flex\u00f5es femininas\", n\u00e3o sinto muito. Supere isso. Se n\u00e3o tiver muita for\u00e7a na parte superior do corpo, talvez seja necess\u00e1rio come\u00e7ar em um balc\u00e3o de cozinha ou na parede.  Quando conseguir fazer 8 repeti\u00e7\u00f5es nessa altura, voc\u00ea progredir\u00e1 abaixando a posi\u00e7\u00e3o das m\u00e3os em 15 cm.  Eventualmente, voc\u00ea trabalhar\u00e1 at\u00e9 o ch\u00e3o.  Se essa for uma meta importante para voc\u00ea, fa\u00e7a 8 flex\u00f5es todos os dias at\u00e9 atingir seu objetivo.<\/p>\n<p>Se voc\u00ea ficar preso, tire dois dias de folga. Certifique-se de que est\u00e1 ingerindo prote\u00edna suficiente e dormindo o suficiente e depois volte ao trabalho.
