Vale a pena?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>De acordo com o instituto de pesquisa conhecido como Statistic Brain, apenas 9,2% de todas as pessoas que estabelecem metas para o Ano Novo sentem que as alcan\u00e7aram.  Ainda mais surpreendente, 42% admitiram que desistiram no primeiro m\u00eas!<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ent\u00e3o, as metas funcionam?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A psic\u00f3loga Gail Matthews conduziu um estudo em 2015 que mostrou que quando as pessoas escrevem suas metas, elas s\u00e3o 33% mais bem-sucedidas em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com aquelas que simplesmente criam metas em sua cabe\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>Em 2006, os pesquisadores Locke e Lathan descobriram uma liga\u00e7\u00e3o entre o estabelecimento de metas e o aumento da motiva\u00e7\u00e3o, da autoestima e da autoconfian\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>Mas ser\u00e1 que realmente precisamos de estudos de pesquisa para provar que a defini\u00e7\u00e3o de metas funciona?<\/p>\n<p>Algu\u00e9m j\u00e1 se tornou acidentalmente o melhor atleta do planeta?<\/p>\n<p>Algu\u00e9m j\u00e1 acordou e disse: \"Nossa, estou na melhor forma da minha vida! Eu nem tinha a inten\u00e7\u00e3o de fazer isso! Esse prop\u00f3sito o impulsiona quando surgem desafios.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e3o posso enfatizar isso o suficiente.  \u00c9 absolutamente necess\u00e1rio investir tempo para criar mentalmente o novo voc\u00ea.<\/p>\n<p>Toda cria\u00e7\u00e3o come\u00e7a com um pensamento.  Com emo\u00e7\u00e3o e repeti\u00e7\u00e3o suficientes, forma-se uma cren\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>Para muitas pessoas, \u00e9 a\u00ed que tudo termina.  A cren\u00e7a \u00e9 tudo. As cren\u00e7as s\u00e3o as regras pelas quais voc\u00ea vive.  Muitas vezes, n\u00e3o temos consci\u00eancia do que nos leva a fazer o que fazemos e por que n\u00e3o fazemos outras coisas.<\/p>\n<h4>Se voc\u00ea quiser ser vitorioso, h\u00e1 tr\u00eas cren\u00e7as fundamentais que voc\u00ea deve ter.<\/h4>\n<h4>\"Eu posso fazer isso.  Eu farei isso. Imagine por um momento que voc\u00ea j\u00e1 estava l\u00e1.  Agora descreva como \u00e9 essa sensa\u00e7\u00e3o.  Como seria sua vida se j\u00e1 estivesse vivendo nesse corpo saud\u00e1vel, vibrante, energizado e forte que lhe serve t\u00e3o bem?<\/p>\n<p>3.
