Chris \u00e9 aquela rara mistura de cientista e artista. N\u00e3o h\u00e1 ningu\u00e9m melhor quando se trata de criar deliciosas refei\u00e7\u00f5es voltadas para resultados. Essas panquecas s\u00e3o repletas de prote\u00ednas e carboidratos bons (Fuel Meal). Elas tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o \u00f3timas para quando voc\u00ea est\u00e1 em tr\u00e2nsito. Voc\u00ea pode aquec\u00ea-las ou com\u00ea-las frias. Elas t\u00eam um sabor excelente de qualquer maneira!<\/p>\n<p>Normalmente, eu os como entre os clientes ou, se estou em um semin\u00e1rio, opto por eles em vez de uma barra ou um shake.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quando se trata de queimar gordura, construir m\u00fasculos e ter energia, a ALIMENTA\u00c7\u00c3O REAL \u00c9 A REGRA.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Panquecas de mirtilo r\u00e1pidas e f\u00e1ceis<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h5><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>1 x\u00edcara de farinha de aveia (prefiro aveia sem gl\u00faten)<\/li>\n<li>3 claras de ovos<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 x\u00edcara de queijo cottage com baixo teor de gordura<\/li>\n<li>2 colheres de ch\u00e1 de extrato de canela<\/li>\n<li>1 colher de ch\u00e1 de extrato de baunilha<\/li>\n<li>20 mirtilos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>M\u00e9todo de prepara\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Misture todos os ingredientes, exceto os mirtilos, em um liquidificador at\u00e9 ficar homog\u00eaneo.<\/li>\n<li>Acrescente os mirtilos e misture \u00e0 massa.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9-aque\u00e7a uma frigideira antiaderente de tamanho m\u00e9dio em fogo m\u00e9dio.  Pulverize levemente com spray de cozinha antiaderente.<\/li>\n<li>Despeje 1\/4 da massa na frigideira at\u00e9 que ela esteja s\u00f3lida o suficiente para ser virada.
