Lauderdale, Fl\u00f3rida.<\/p>\n<p>Ir \u00e0 praia:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Respiro fundo e visualizo o que quero alcan\u00e7ar.<\/li>\n<li>Defina uma meta de treinamento. Por exemplo, concluir o Gauntlet em 25 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Fa\u00e7a um aquecimento com uma corrida de 1 milha. Comece devagar e aumente a velocidade gradualmente.<\/li>\n<li>O GAUNTLET<\/li>\n<li>Escolha QUATRO exerc\u00edcios: Um movimento da parte inferior do corpo (agachamentos, agachamentos divididos, agachamentos com salto, lunges), um movimento de empurrar (mergulhos ou flex\u00f5es), um movimento de puxar (flex\u00f5es, flex\u00f5es, fileiras invertidas) e um movimento abdominal (eleva\u00e7\u00f5es de pernas suspensas, Jack Knives, abdominais)<\/li>\n<li>Comece realizando 10 repeti\u00e7\u00f5es de cada movimento em forma de circuito. Fa\u00e7a at\u00e9 1 repeti\u00e7\u00e3o por movimento.<\/li>\n<li>Em seguida, volte a subir a montanha.  At\u00e9 chegar a 10 repeti\u00e7\u00f5es.  D\u00ea tudo de si.  Voc\u00ea tem o resto de sua vida para descansar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Imagine as recompensas que voc\u00ea deseja ao atacar o Gauntlet.  Concentre-se no que voc\u00ea deseja.<\/p>\n<p>Fa\u00e7a o que fizer, n\u00e3o se concentre na dor ou no desconforto.  A dor \u00e9 um indicador de mudan\u00e7as futuras.  Aceite-a.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 claro que h\u00e1 diferentes tipos de dor - boa e ruim.
