Aparentemente, esse era o segredo de sua perda de peso, ou assim todos queriam pensar. \u00c9 simples assim: coma o que quiser o dia todo e pare \u00e0s 20 horas. N\u00e3o \u00e9 bem assim.<\/p>\n<p>Para obter a resposta, vamos dar uma olhada na ci\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com uma pesquisa publicada na revista, <em><strong>Pesquisa sobre Obesidade<\/strong><\/em>Em uma pesquisa realizada no Oregon National Primate Research Center da Oregon Health &amp; Science University, os cientistas acreditam ter ajudado a dissipar o mito de que comer tarde da noite causa ganho de peso.<\/p>\n<p><em>\"Todos n\u00f3s j\u00e1 ouvimos em algum momento de nossas vidas que dever\u00edamos evitar fazer refei\u00e7\u00f5es tarde da noite, pois isso levaria ao ganho de peso. No entanto, nossa pesquisa com macacos rhesus, que s\u00e3o considerados um excelente modelo para o estudo de problemas de obesidade em primatas (homens e macacos), mostrou que comer \u00e0 noite n\u00e3o tem mais probabilidade de promover ganho de peso do que comer durante o dia.\"<\/em> disse Judy Cameron, Ph.D., cientista s\u00eanior das Divis\u00f5es de Ci\u00eancias Reprodutivas e Neuroci\u00eancia do OHSU Oregon National Primate Research Center.<\/p>\n<p>Como a pesquisa \u00e9 frequentemente mal interpretada, vou lhe dar minha tradu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>O hor\u00e1rio em que voc\u00ea come n\u00e3o \u00e9 t\u00e3o importante quanto o que voc\u00ea come e a quantidade.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Em outras palavras, independentemente de o sol estar alto ou baixo, a maioria das pessoas ganha peso porque consome uma quantidade excessiva dos alimentos errados.<\/p>\n<p>Ainda n\u00e3o vi ningu\u00e9m engordar comendo alimentos mais pr\u00f3ximos de sua fonte natural.<\/p>\n<p>Batatas fritas, sorvete, cerveja, vinho, biscoitos, pizza, asas, rosquinhas, bolos...
