O Gauntlet n\u00e3o requer equipamento e, uma vez condicionado, leva apenas 10 minutos ou menos (mas, para iniciantes, pode levar mais de 20 minutos). \u00c9 o treino sem desculpas.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Como fazer o GAUNTLET<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Comece com 10 flex\u00f5es<\/li>\n<li>Imediatamente, execute 15 walking lunges (por perna)<\/li>\n<li>Fa\u00e7a 9 flex\u00f5es de bra\u00e7o<\/li>\n<li>Corra de volta ao ponto de partida.<\/li>\n<li>Fa\u00e7a 8 flex\u00f5es de bra\u00e7o<\/li>\n<li>Imediatamente, execute 15 walking lunges (por perna)<\/li>\n<li>Fa\u00e7a 7 flex\u00f5es de bra\u00e7o<\/li>\n<li>Volte para seu ponto de partida...<\/li>\n<li>Veja onde isso vai dar. Voc\u00ea continuar\u00e1 a diminuir o n\u00famero de flex\u00f5es at\u00e9 chegar a 1.<\/li>\n<li>Quando voc\u00ea atingir 1, voltar\u00e1 para 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 e terminar\u00e1 com 10.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>AVISO<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Sugiro que voc\u00ea cronometre o tempo necess\u00e1rio para concluir o Gauntlet.
