Em uma idade t\u00e3o jovem, eu estava completamente dedicado a aprender o m\u00e1ximo poss\u00edvel sobre treinamento, nutri\u00e7\u00e3o, suplementa\u00e7\u00e3o e esculpir meu corpo. A que voc\u00ea atribui seu sucesso?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gregg: <\/strong>Sim, registrei cerca de 3 milh\u00f5es de milhas a\u00e9reas. Se juntarmos todas essas milhas, \u00e9 como no filme do Super-Homem, quando ele voou ao redor da Terra para voltar no tempo... lembra disso?<\/p>\n<p>O segredo para mim sempre foi a consist\u00eancia. Sempre me\u00e7o a quantidade suficiente de prote\u00edna em p\u00f3 para cada dia de viagem e coloco uma por\u00e7\u00e3o em saquinhos zip-top do tamanho de um lanche. Tamb\u00e9m coloco todos os meus suplementos em saquinhos com fecho para cada dia de viagem. Depois, levo atum enlatado ou em saquinhos, frango e uma variedade de barras de prote\u00edna decentes. Assim que chego ao local, a primeira coisa que fa\u00e7o \u00e9 encontrar uma boa academia (seja no hotel ou em um local pr\u00f3ximo) e um supermercado onde eu possa comprar \u00e1gua, salada, iogurte, frutas e legumes. Nunca janto fora e opto por comer em meu quarto com as coisas que tenho. E me hidrato com bastante \u00e1gua durante toda a viagem! \u00c9 tudo uma quest\u00e3o de planejar com anteced\u00eancia e estar atento \u00e0s suas metas. Se eu estiver com essa mentalidade, \u00e9 f\u00e1cil mant\u00ea-la.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Billy:<\/strong> Voc\u00ea escreveu um \u00f3timo livro chamado \"Muscle Chow\". Nele, voc\u00ea tem v\u00e1rias receitas com um sabor incr\u00edvel e f\u00e1ceis de fazer. Poderia compartilhar conosco uma de suas receitas favoritas?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gregg:<\/strong> Levei quase dois anos para escrever esse livro e tenho muitas receitas das quais me orgulho. O que \u00e9 \u00f3timo no Muscle Chow \u00e9 que eu o escrevi do ponto de vista dos homens, portanto todas as receitas s\u00e3o muito f\u00e1ceis de fazer e muito nutritivas para comer. O conceito do livro \u00e9 dividido em tr\u00eas fases: a fase relaxada, a fase magra e a fase de supera\u00e7\u00e3o. Vou lhe dar uma \u00f3tima receita da fase magra chamada <em>\"2-Minute Chicken Salad Pita\".<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>PITA DE SALADA DE FRANGO EM 2 MINUTOS<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-193\" title=\"frango_pita\" src=\"https:\/\/www.billybeck.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/chicken_pita-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" \/><br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Em apenas tr\u00eas etapas simples, voc\u00ea pode preparar um dos sandu\u00edches de salada de frango mais saborosos de todos os tempos. Quando estou com pressa e s\u00f3 tenho alguns minutos (literalmente), essa \u00e9 uma \u00f3tima refei\u00e7\u00e3o. Basta ter esses ingredientes simples \u00e0 m\u00e3o e \u00e9 muito f\u00e1cil - 2 minutos do in\u00edcio ao fim.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 pita (escolha a marca com menos gordura e s\u00f3dio que voc\u00ea encontrar)<\/li>\n<li>1 lata (3 on\u00e7as) de frango em peda\u00e7os, enxaguada e drenada duas vezes<\/li>\n<li>1 colher de ch\u00e1 de creme azedo sem gordura<\/li>\n<li>1 colher de ch\u00e1 de iogurte natural sem gordura<\/li>\n<li>1 colher de ch\u00e1 de mostarda marrom picante<\/li>\n<li>Uma pitada de tempero de endro e pimenta-do-reino mo\u00edda<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd x\u00edcara de alface picada<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Como fazer:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Etapa 1:<\/strong> Coloque a pita no forno e toste levemente para aquecer<\/p>\n<p><strong>Etapa 2: <\/strong>Em uma tigela, misture o frango, o creme azedo, o iogurte, a mostarda, o endro e a pimenta. Misture sem quebrar o frango.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Etapa 3:<\/strong> Corte a pita ao meio. Preencha cada lado com \u00bc de x\u00edcara de alface e, em seguida, adicione a salada de frango.<\/p>\n<p>Aproveite!<\/p>\n<p>Rende 1 por\u00e7\u00e3o<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Fatos nutricionais:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>192 calorias, 26 g de prote\u00edna, 18 carboidratos, 2,5 g de gordura total, 3 g de fibra<\/p>\n<p><strong>Billy:<\/strong> Que conselho voc\u00ea daria para algu\u00e9m que quer perder a barriga e ficar com um tanquinho?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gregg:<\/strong> Voc\u00ea quer a vers\u00e3o dilu\u00edda, gentil e amig\u00e1vel, ou quer a realidade? Eu digo que devemos manter a realidade. A verdade \u00e9 que voc\u00ea tem de decidir realmente fazer isso! Vejo muitas pessoas procurando o plano de dieta certo, o livro mais recente ou o momento certo para come\u00e7ar, quando na verdade tudo se resume a uma decis\u00e3o. Billy, voc\u00ea e eu vemos isso sempre que realizamos nosso Lean &amp; Mean Challenge anual. Farei isso por duas semanas e, em seguida, avaliarei minha situa\u00e7\u00e3o e farei alguns ajustes.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ao acordar: beba 240 ml de \u00e1gua e depois tome uma x\u00edcara de caf\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Caf\u00e9 da manh\u00e3: 6 ovos (2 inteiros) com torrada Ezequiel e \u00f3leo de linha\u00e7a sobre a torrada<\/li>\n<li>Lanche: bebida verde em p\u00f3 e um peda\u00e7o de fruta<\/li>\n<li>Almo\u00e7o: salada grande com frango ou peixe grelhado por cima (sem molho)<\/li>\n<li>Lanche: iogurte grego desnatado com est\u00e9via, 7 am\u00eandoas e uma ma\u00e7\u00e3<\/li>\n<li>Lanche: bebida verde em p\u00f3 ou um shake de prote\u00edna de 1 colher misturado com \u00e1gua<\/li>\n<li>Jantar: frango, peixe, peru ou carne bovina magra com legumes e quinoa ou arroz integral<\/li>\n<li>Lanche da tarde: x\u00edcara de ch\u00e1 de ervas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Se voc\u00ea fizer isso por duas semanas, garanto que sua apar\u00eancia e sensa\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e3o muito diferentes!<\/p>\n<p>Tudo de bom.
