At\u00e9 ent\u00e3o, eu me concentrava principalmente em fazer uma \u00fanica s\u00e9rie at\u00e9 n\u00e3o conseguir mais mov\u00ea-la e depois descansava.  Depois de recuperado (60 a 180 segundos), eu repetia a s\u00e9rie at\u00e9 completar o n\u00famero planejado de s\u00e9ries.  Essa era uma t\u00e1tica eficaz, mas eu sabia que, se ficasse confort\u00e1vel com meu plano de treinamento, meu corpo tamb\u00e9m ficaria.  Assim, procurei outro plano de ataque.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>GOTAS TRIPLAS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Para executar essa t\u00e9cnica altamente eficaz de esculpir o corpo, escolha qualquer exerc\u00edcio:<\/p>\n<p>Vamos usar as roscas com halteres como exemplo.<\/p>\n<p>Pegue um conjunto de halteres que se tornar\u00e1 desafiador com 10 a 12 repeti\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Em seguida, pegue imediatamente um peso mais leve e fa\u00e7a mais 10 a 12 exerc\u00edcios.<\/p>\n<p>Ent\u00e3o, mais uma vez, escolha um peso ainda mais leve e fa\u00e7a o maior n\u00famero poss\u00edvel de repeti\u00e7\u00f5es<\/p>\n<p>Sempre que meus clientes est\u00e3o viajando ou com pouco tempo, costumo incorporar uma rotina de queda tripla para trabalhar o m\u00e1ximo poss\u00edvel no menor tempo poss\u00edvel.
