{"id":2192,"date":"2005-11-12T14:47:00","date_gmt":"2005-11-12T18:47:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.billybeck.com\/wordpress\/physical-training\/how-to-burn-fat-part-1"},"modified":"2017-09-19T15:29:51","modified_gmt":"2017-09-19T19:29:51","slug":"como-queimar-gordura-parte-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/billybeck.com\/pt\/physical-training\/how-to-burn-fat-part-1","title":{"rendered":"Como queimar gordura - Parte 1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Digamos que voc\u00ea esteja sentado em um restaurante cuidando da sua vida e, no momento em que vai tomar um gole da sua bebida gelada, um cara se aproxima e come\u00e7a a mexer na sua orelha.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"color: #cc0000;\">O que voc\u00ea faria? <\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>V\u00e1 para outra mesa.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u00e7a a ele que pare.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00ea a ele uma surra severa na bunda!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Voc\u00ea faria qualquer coisa para acabar com essa praga irritante.<\/p>\n<p>Esse \u00e9 um exemplo de como nosso corpo funciona.  \u00c9 um princ\u00edpio chamado<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>\"Irrita\u00e7\u00e3o e adapta\u00e7\u00e3o\".<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Nosso corpo est\u00e1 sempre buscando a homeostase, um estado de conforto.  Quando o corpo fica irritado, ele muda ou se adapta, consciente ou inconscientemente, para eliminar a irrita\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Ansiamos por conforto (prazer) e evitamos a dor.<\/p>\n<p>O corpo humano \u00e9 incr\u00edvel, pois se adapta a qualquer estresse imposto a ele de forma consistente. Na primeira vez em que voc\u00ea levantou halteres de 20 libras, provavelmente foi dif\u00edcil levant\u00e1-los dez vezes. Voc\u00ea realmente teve de se esfor\u00e7ar, se contorcer e se contorcer para conseguir fazer as \u00faltimas repeti\u00e7\u00f5es. Eventualmente, elas se tornaram mais f\u00e1ceis e, ent\u00e3o, voc\u00ea conseguiu levantar halteres de 25 quilos.  O corpo estava irritado e se adaptou, ficando mais forte.<\/p>\n<p>Se voc\u00ea continuasse a levantar pesos de 20 libras, n\u00e3o estimularia (irritaria) o m\u00fasculo. \u00c9 nesse momento que ocorre o \"plat\u00f4\"... o progresso atinge um obst\u00e1culo.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>A \u00fanica maneira de garantir o progresso cont\u00ednuo \u00e9 <\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>DESAFIAR o corpo <\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>al\u00e9m do que \u00e9 confort\u00e1vel.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Pergunte a si mesmo: \"Posso fazer mais um?\"<\/p>\n<p>Se a resposta for \"sim\", ent\u00e3o voc\u00ea sabe o que fazer.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>O CONFORTO MATA!<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>P.S. Na segunda parte desta s\u00e9rie de artigos, compartilharei com voc\u00ea os CINCO erros mais incapacitantes que quase todo mundo comete (at\u00e9 mesmo atletas profissionais).<\/p>\n<p>P.S.S.
