Embora eu tamb\u00e9m seja suscet\u00edvel a esse vil\u00e3o, hoje consegui me recuperar.  Espero usar minha experi\u00eancia para ensinar como voc\u00ea pode sair vitorioso na maioria das vezes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"highlightblack\">Quem ou o que \u00e9 essa amea\u00e7a ao seu sucesso?<\/p>\n<p>Voc\u00ea. Mais especificamente, sua mente. Aquela vozinha em sua cabe\u00e7a. Essa maldita coisa est\u00e1 sempre em movimento, n\u00e3o importa o que voc\u00ea esteja fazendo. Ela est\u00e1 sempre se movendo. Nunca para... mesmo quando voc\u00ea est\u00e1 dormindo.<\/p>\n<p>Quer voc\u00ea saiba ou n\u00e3o, pode control\u00e1-lo e dirigi-lo de modo a atingir qualquer meta ou desejo que desejar. E se voc\u00ea n\u00e3o assumir o controle do volante, ele o levar\u00e1 a um lugar onde voc\u00ea n\u00e3o quer estar - gordo, cansado, fora de forma, mental e fisicamente fraco.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Depende de voc\u00ea.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Voc\u00ea DECIDE para onde ele vai.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Se voc\u00ea estiver em um lugar onde n\u00e3o quer estar, simplesmente deixe sua mente vagar sem rumo.  Lembre-se de que voc\u00ea est\u00e1 no controle total.  Ningu\u00e9m ou nada o controla.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Veja o que aconteceu esta manh\u00e3.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00c9 segunda-feira e minha agenda est\u00e1 uma loucura esta semana.  Tenho certeza de que muitos de voc\u00eas se identificam com isso.<\/p>\n<p>Ent\u00e3o, eram 8 horas da manh\u00e3 e estava na hora de eu treinar... n\u00e3o um cliente, mas eu mesmo.  Eu s\u00f3 tinha 20 minutos para fazer isso e pensei em adiar para o final do dia.  Ent\u00e3o a batalha come\u00e7ou.<\/p>\n<p>O primeiro tiro foi disparado e eu sabia disso. Minha mente estava concentrada em tudo o mais que eu precisava fazer.  Rapidamente, reagi e pensei em como me sentiria bem ao terminar meu treino.<\/p>\n<p>Decidi pelo menos comparecer ao parque onde estava treinando.  Meu treino inclu\u00eda 20 minutos cont\u00ednuos de flex\u00f5es, flex\u00f5es e sprints, seguidos de uma volta ao redor do campo. Enquanto me exercitava, minha mente come\u00e7ou a divagar. Meu foco mudou para o que eu precisava fazer no final do dia e onde eu tinha que estar.  Olhei para o rel\u00f3gio e vi que j\u00e1 havia passado 6 minutos e 23 segundos da minha sess\u00e3o de treinamento.  Comecei a pensar: \"Eu deveria parar aos 10 minutos. Tenho tantas coisas para fazer\". Ent\u00e3o, \"BAM!\" Percebi o que estava deixando acontecer.<\/p>\n<p>Tenho metas f\u00edsicas. \"Quais s\u00e3o elas e por que eu as quero tanto? O que isso vai me proporcionar?\", perguntei a mim mesmo.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Em seguida, liguei o interruptor.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Lembrei-me de minhas metas f\u00edsicas.  Tenho a meta de atingir 4,0% de gordura corporal at\u00e9 21 de agosto<sup>st<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Visualizei como seria minha apar\u00eancia e como me sentiria quando atingisse essa meta! Eu a vi em detalhes v\u00edvidos, como se j\u00e1 estivesse l\u00e1.  Em seguida, perguntei: \"Que tipo de esfor\u00e7o preciso fazer para chegar l\u00e1?\"<\/p>\n<h4><strong>BAM! Como um gancho de esquerda de Mike Tyson.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Meu c\u00e9rebro estava de volta! Fiz um treino intenso e estava um passo mais perto de atingir minha meta f\u00edsica. Fiquei na ZONA pelo resto do dia. A batalha foi vencida, mas sei que esse inimigo nunca descansa.<\/p>\n<p>Isso j\u00e1 aconteceu com voc\u00ea antes?<\/p>\n<p>Se voc\u00ea \u00e9 um ser humano, garanto que sim.  Recebi centenas de e-mails de pessoas que querem perder gordura e treinar para atingir uma meta, mas acreditam que est\u00e3o sofrendo de pregui\u00e7a e falta de inspira\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Na pr\u00f3xima vez em que voc\u00ea se deparar com uma \"falta de motiva\u00e7\u00e3o ou simplesmente se sentir deitado\", DECIDA o que deseja e aja imediatamente na dire\u00e7\u00e3o de seus objetivos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"highlightblack\">N\u00e3o deixe isso para depois.<\/p>\n<p>Voc\u00ea deve atacar com vigor e vigor.<\/p>\n<p>Esse \u00e9 um dos segredos para alcan\u00e7ar a grandeza f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<p class=\"highlightred\">Comece hoje<\/p>\n<p class=\"highlightred\">Comece agora.<\/p>\n<p>Comprometa-se a combater o desejo inato de conforto do corpo.
