Dit is geweldig omdat je van tevoren een heleboel deeg kunt maken, invriezen en gebruiken wanneer je het nodig hebt. Je hoeft alleen maar het deeg eruit te halen en het op het aanrecht te laten ontdooien. Je kunt er ook niet omheen om een theelepel suiker in dit recept te gebruiken. De suiker is nodig om de gist te voeden, die de suiker omzet in gas. Bovendien verdeel je 1 theelepel suiker over elf porties, wat neerkomt op minder dan een derde van een gram suiker per portie.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingredi\u00ebnten<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>3 kopjes gemalen volkoren tarwebloem<\/li>\n<li>2 eetlepels vetvrije zure room<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd theelepel koosjer zout<\/li>\n<li>1 kop lauw water<\/li>\n<li>1 theelepel suiker<\/li>\n<li>2 theelepels droge gist<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Voedingswaarde: (per portie)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Eiwit:<\/strong> 0.5g<\/li>\n<li><strong>Koolhydraten:<\/strong> 29.0g<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vezel:<\/strong> 4.0g<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vet:<\/strong> 0.6g<\/li>\n<li><strong>Calorie\u00ebn<\/strong> 123<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Bereidingswijze:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Doe een kopje lauw water in een kom (als het water te warm is gaat de gist dood en als het te koud is wordt de gist niet geactiveerd) en voeg de suiker en gist toe. Roer en laat zitten tot het begint te borrelen.<\/li>\n<li>Meng het water\/gistmengsel en de rest van de ingredi\u00ebnten in een kom. Meng met een deeghaak in een keuken (als je geen keuken hebt, meng je het gewoon met de hand).<\/li>\n<li>Wanneer de ingredi\u00ebnten samenkomen, leg je het deeg op het aanrecht en kneed je het met de hand tot het deeg glad en goed gecombineerd is. Doe het deeg in een kom en dek af met plasticfolie of een licht vochtige doek. Zet de kom op een warme plek en laat het 30-40 minuten rijzen.<\/li>\n<li>Weeg het deeg nadat het gerezen is. Neem het totale gewicht van het deeg en deel door elf. Dat is het gewicht dat elk bolletje deeg moet wegen. Weeg dan elf gelijke stukken deeg af die dat gewicht hebben. Wikkel het deeg dat je niet gaat gebruiken afzonderlijk in plasticfolie, doe ze in een zip lock zak en vries ze in. Je kunt ze er op elk moment uithalen en ontdooien.<\/li>\n<li>Rol van elk stuk overgebleven deeg kleine balletjes en leg ze op een plaat. Dek ze losjes af met plasticfolie en zet ze 20-30 minuten op een warme plek om te rijzen.
