Onderschat nooit de kracht van iemand aan het lachen maken. Zoals de grote Ultimate Fighting Champion Georges St. Pierre ooit zei, <em><strong>\"Als je er goed uitziet, voel je je goed en als je je goed voelt, doe je goed.\"<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Een goede trainer en coach weet dit.
