Omdat het voor mij bijna onmogelijk is om ze allemaal bij te houden, deel ik hier een aantal van mijn antwoorden op de meest gestelde vragen.<\/p>\n<h4>Vraag<\/h4>\n<p>Ik hoop dat jullie je expertise kunnen delen. Ik train dagelijks, maar mijn uitdaging is om aan te komen. Mijn stofwisseling is snel en ik ben behoorlijk actief.<\/p>\n<p>Wat kan ik doen om dat te veranderen? Raadt u weight gainer shakes aan? Om aan te komen moet je voldoende kwaliteitsvoeding en calorie\u00ebn eten terwijl je traint met gewichten en weinig tot geen cardio. Voldoende slaap en hydratatie zijn ook erg belangrijk. De beste shake om aan te komen is een zelfgemaakte shake. Een shake waarmee ik veel succes heb gehad, vind je hieronder:<\/p>\n<h4>DE SPIERVERSTERKER<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2 maatscheppen Whey Protein Concentrate (chocolade) Bij voorkeur van grasgevoerde koeien<\/li>\n<li>2 eetlepels amandelboter<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 C. Glutenvrije Snelle Haver<\/li>\n<li>16 oz. ongezoete vanille amandelmelk<\/li>\n<li>4 oz water om deze formule minder cementachtig te maken \ud83d\ude42<\/li>\n<li>1 eetlepel Greens (muntsmaak) dit staat gelijk aan 5 porties fruit en groenten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Deze shake bevat ongeveer 630 calorie\u00ebn<\/p>\n<p>Drink 30-60 minuten voor de training en nogmaals voor het slapen gaan.<\/p>\n<p>Zorg ervoor dat je 3-4 <a href=\"https:\/\/billybeck.com\/nl\/effectief-eten\/voeding-fietsen-het-ultieme-lichaamstransformatie-dieet\/\">Brandstof maaltijden. <\/a><\/p>\n<p>Laat me weten hoe het gaat!
