Zelfs professionele atleten"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Vorige week vertelde ik je dat ik de meest voorkomende en schadelijke valkuilen zou delen die resultaten tenietdoen en motivatie zo droog zuigen als de Sahara.<\/p>\n<p>Dus zonder verder oponthoud zijn ze hier - (tromgeroffel alsjeblieft) dadadadadadada<\/p>\n<p><strong>De 5 meest verlammende fouten die iedereen maakt! Zelfs professionele atleten.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Macho waanzin: Effectieve techniek opofferen om meer gewicht te tillen.<\/li>\n<li>Tillen met de snelheid van het licht.<\/li>\n<li>Het verwaarlozen van het belang van het bijhouden van rustperioden tussen sets.<\/li>\n<li>Te vaak en\/of te lang trainen.<\/li>\n<li>Het \"waar ik zin in heb programma\" doen. Gebrek aan een systematisch, resultaatgericht plan.<\/li>\n<li>Trainen met de intensiteit van een Disney-karakter. Ik weet dat ik 'De 5 Meest Verlammende Fouten' heb gezegd, maar ik moest deze erbij zetten omdat het DE meest Verlammende Fout is. Zippity do dah zippity yah is niet genoeg.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Later deze week zal ik dieper ingaan op elk van de 5...ah, ik bedoel ZES fouten en dan zal ik je leren hoe je ze kunt overwinnen om een slanker, meer gedefinieerd, kontschoppend lichaam te krijgen.<\/p>\n<p>Tot dan, blijf sterk,<\/p>\n<p>P.S.
