Deze eenvoudige filosofie zal je letterlijk lichtjaren verder brengen dan de meerderheid van de gewichtheffers in welke sportschool dan ook.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>De VIJF C's van weerstandstraining<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>1. Uitdaging:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Als je resultaten wilt boeken - moet je werken. Sorry, maar het is de waarheid. Zoals ik al eerder zei, is het absoluut noodzakelijk om de spier te irriteren met uitdagende gewichten, anders zul je geen stimulans produceren.<\/p>\n<p>Verspil je tijd niet. Daag jezelf uit.<\/p>\n<p>Een veelgemaakte fout die ik zie als iemand met een trainingsprogramma begint, is dat ze veel te snel vooruitgang boeken. Het eindresultaat is een burn-out en vaak blessures. Als je niet consequent traint, hoef je alleen maar een beetje meer te doen dan je gewend bent om resultaat te boeken. Als je zes uur per dag met je kont op de bank zit, heb je natuurlijk niet veel nodig. Wees realistisch en ga stap voor stap vooruit en voor je het weet maak je monumentale stappen.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. Controle:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>De grootste fout die in de sportschool wordt gemaakt en die de resultaten beperkt, is de snelheid waarmee je het gewicht tilt en laat zakken. WARP SNELHEID is niet acceptabel. Ik zal het uitleggen. Wanneer een gewicht snel wordt opgetild, werkt de spier aanvankelijk, maar gaat dan rusten op het momentum. Dan wordt de richting van het gewicht omgekeerd. Wanneer de afdaling ongecontroleerd is, wordt de cyclus van rekverkorting benut. Dit betekent simpelweg dat er meer spanning komt te staan op de gewrichten en het bindweefsel, terwijl het doelgebied (spierweefsel) minder spanning krijgt. In wezen vermindert het ongecontroleerd uitvoeren van een oefening het voordeel en vergroot het de kans op blessures. Dit is een van de redenen waarom ik bij elke oefening een tempo vermeld. Laten we bijvoorbeeld zeggen dat je push-ups doet en een tempo van 312 is aangegeven. Dit betekent dat je jezelf in 3 seconden laat zakken, 1 seconde pauzeert en in 2 seconden optilt.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. Klok:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Klok verwijst naar tijd. De tijd die je nodig hebt om je training af te ronden mag niet meer dan 60 minuten zijn. Daarna train je langer dan je lichaam kan herstellen. De klok verwijst ook naar de rust tussen sets. Onderzoek toont aan dat rustperiodes van 30-60 seconden zorgen voor een toename van de gunstige hormonen (testosteron en groeihormoon) en de cardiovasculaire effici\u00ebntie verbeteren. Gok niet naar je rustintervallen. Kijk op je horloge. Specifieke rustperioden geven specifieke resultaten.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>4. Veranderen:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Als je dezelfde dingen blijft doen, zul je uiteindelijk tegen een muur oplopen. Daarom moet je het programma voor weerstandstraining vaak veranderen. Hoe gevorderder je bent als trainer, hoe vaker je het programma moet aanpassen. In het algemeen geldt dat als je niet consequent hebt getraind, je je programma elke 3-4 weken moet veranderen. Als je al minstens een jaar consequent traint, moet je om de 2-3 weken een aspect van je programma veranderen. En als je al 2 jaar of langer consequent traint, dan zal je lichaam alleen vooruitgang boeken als je je protocol wekelijks of tweewekelijks aanpast. Er zijn talloze manieren om je trainingen te vari\u00ebren. Hieronder vind je de 7 methoden om je lichaam uit te dagen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zwaardere gewichten tillen<\/li>\n<li>Rustperiodes verkorten<\/li>\n<li>Tempo verlagen<\/li>\n<li>Het aantal sets verhogen<\/li>\n<li>Meer herhalingen uitvoeren<\/li>\n<li>Elk lichaamsdeel vaker trainen (\u00e9\u00e9n keer per week versus drie keer per week)<\/li>\n<li>Meer keer per week trainen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>5. Concentratie en focus:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Om het meeste uit je training te halen, is het noodzakelijk om je op het doel te concentreren en jezelf elke keer weer uit te dagen. Met tien miljoen andere dingen in je leven en overal afleiding is dit vaak makkelijker gezegd dan gedaan. Vaak komen mijn klanten binnen die afgeleid en ongeconcentreerd zijn. Wanneer dit gebeurt, gebruik ik een specifieke strategie die je vandaag al kunt toepassen.<\/p>\n<p>Terwijl je opwarmt op de loopband:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De eerste stap is om het rustiger aan te doen en je te realiseren dat je je niet hoeft te haasten.<\/li>\n<li>Neem 10 diepe ademhalingen - Adem 4 volle seconden in, Adem 4 volle seconden uit<\/li>\n<li>Bekijk dan opnieuw je Visie en je doel om hier vandaag te zijn.<\/li>\n<li>Wat wil je per se bereiken?<\/li>\n<li>Hoe voel je je als je de opleiding hebt afgerond?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"testimonial\">\n<p class=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3212\" src=\"https:\/\/www.billybeck.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/principle.jpg\" alt=\"Principe\" width=\"360\" height=\"64\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Je kunt het half doen en kostbare tijd verspillen of je kunt je concentreren en weer een stap dichter bij je gewenste doel komen.
