Dat is waar. Je kunt afvallen zonder te sporten. Dus als je niet van lichaamsbeweging houdt, sla dit gedeelte dan maar over. Oh...ik vergeet je bijna \u00e9\u00e9n ding te vertellen. Hoewel je kunt afvallen zonder te sporten, zal het je metabolisme vertragen en op de lange termijn zul je het gewicht weer terug krijgen en samen met dat gewicht komt er een speciale bonus van nog meer vet dan je al had. We zullen dit onderwerp in een later hoofdstuk behandelen; je moet echter eerst meer inzicht krijgen in lichaamsbeweging voordat je zover bent.<\/p>\n<p>Er zijn twee soorten oefeningen die je moet doen als je vet wilt verbranden, definitie wilt maximaliseren en vetvrije spieren wilt toevoegen.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Weerstandstraining<\/li>\n<li>Cardiovasculaire Conditie<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong>Het meesterprincipe: Haal het meeste uit lichaamsbeweging<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Als je maar \u00e9\u00e9n ding leert over lichaamsbeweging moet het dit zijn.<\/p>\n<p>Stel, je zit in een restaurant en bemoeit je met je eigen zaken en dan komt er een man naar je toe en begint aan je oor te peuteren. Wat zou je dan doen? Naar een andere tafel gaan. Hem vragen te stoppen. Geef hem een flink pak slaag!<\/p>\n<p>Je zou alles doen om de irritatie te stoppen.<\/p>\n<p>Dit is een voorbeeld van hoe ons lichaam werkt. Het is een principe dat <strong>\"Irritatie en aanpassing.\"<\/strong> Ons lichaam is altijd op zoek naar homeostase, een staat van comfort. Als het lichaam ge\u00efrriteerd raakt, zal het zich bewust of onbewust aanpassen om de irritatie te elimineren.<\/p>\n<p>We verlangen naar comfort (plezier) en vermijden pijn.<\/p>\n<p>Het menselijk lichaam is verbazingwekkend, omdat het zich voortdurend aanpast aan elke belasting die erop wordt uitgeoefend. De eerste keer dat je bijvoorbeeld halters van twintig pond optilde, waren ze waarschijnlijk moeilijk om tien keer op te tillen. Je moest echt worstelen en spartelen om die laatste paar reps te halen. Uiteindelijk werden ze makkelijker en toen tilde je vijfentwintig ponds halters op. Maar als je de vijfentwintig ponders bleef tillen, paste je lichaam zich aan en vormden ze geen uitdaging meer.
