Deze \"knopen\" beperken het bewegingsbereik en leiden bij verwaarlozing vaak tot blessures.  Het enige probleem met deze technieken is dat ze spieren vaak remmen (uitschakelen).  Wanneer een spier geremd is, kan hij niet goed samentrekken.  Ook dit kan leiden tot blessures en verminderde kracht en prestaties. De oplossing is om myo-fasciaal werk uit te voeren en vervolgens de spieren te activeren. Er zijn veel manieren om dit te doen en ik gebruik vaak verschillende technieken waaronder Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT), Toegepaste Kinesiologie, Nutrient Testing of een IGNITE Warm-Up Fase. Als ik niet fysiek aanwezig ben bij een cli\u00ebnt, kies ik ervoor om hem of haar de IGNITE Warm-Up Fase te laten uitvoeren. Accepteer niet alles blindelings als waarheid, ongeacht wie het zegt. Of het nu een dokter, Oprah, Mr. Olympia of mijzelf is.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Test het zelf.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Ik heb met deze aanpak meer geleerd dan met welke andere ook.
