Dit gebeurt bijna nooit.  Je hebt dus een intelligentere aanpak nodig.  Het is eenvoudig.  Als je ijverig bent, is het mogelijk om je doel te bereiken om binnen 30 dagen volledige push-ups in militaire stijl te doen.  Het hangt allemaal af van waar je begint. \u00a0<strong>Elk mens met een hartslag heeft het vermogen om sterker te worden.  Dat is een feit.  Dus als dat je doel is, zet je dan in en het zal zo zijn.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">De strategie om van \"Girl Push-ups\" naar \"Full Military Style Push-ups\" te gaan<\/h4>\n<p><strong><i>OPMERKING: Ik werk niet met lammetjes. Ik werk met leeuwen.  Als je boos bent omdat ik de term \"push-ups voor meisjes\" gebruikte, dan spijt me dat niet. Zet je er overheen. Ik wil dat mensen deze informatie vinden als ze het nodig hebben, dus ik gebruik de terminologie die zij zoeken en de woorden die zij gebruiken om hun uitdaging te beschrijven; anders verspil ik mijn tijd en help ik niemand.  Als je niet overgevoelig bent en niet wilt dat ik sterf omdat ik je \"beledigd\" heb, lees dan alsjeblieft verder, mijn vriend.  Hoe dan ook, het is allemaal goed in de buurt.\u00a0<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dit is zo eenvoudig dat je het geweldig zult vinden.  Ik heb deze strategie met veel succes gebruikt voor tientallen cli\u00ebnten. Je gaat push-ups uitvoeren met je handen op een verhoogd oppervlak. Als je niet veel kracht voor je bovenlichaam hebt, moet je misschien beginnen op een aanrecht of de muur.  Zodra je 8 herhalingen op deze hoogte kunt voltooien, ga je verder door de handpositie met 6 centimeter te verlagen.  Uiteindelijk werk je naar de vloer toe.  Als dit een belangrijk doel voor je is, doe dan elke dag 8 push-ups totdat je je doel bereikt hebt.<\/p>\n<p>Als je vastloopt, neem dan twee dagen vrij. Zorg ervoor dat je voldoende eiwitten binnenkrijgt en voldoende slaapt en ga er dan weer tegenaan.
