Als het op fysieke training aankomt, is er \u00e9\u00e9n principe dat ze allemaal beheerst.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Uitdaging cre\u00ebert verandering<\/h3>\n<p>De uitdaging is de vonk die de vlam van vooruitgang aanwakkert.  Als de meeste mensen dit horen, gaan ze trainen als Arnold Schwarzenegger. Onnodig te zeggen dat dit veel te veel voor ze is.  Het mooie van het menselijk lichaam is dit:<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Om beter te worden hoef je alleen maar meer te doen dan waar je je goed bij voelt. \u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Uitdaging = verandering<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-2827\" src=\"https:\/\/www.billybeck.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/PIC-1-726x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"726\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Dus hier is de miljoen dollar vraag...<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">Hoe weet je of je training werkt?<\/h4>\n<p>Er zijn vier indicatoren die aangeven dat je lichaam wordt uitgedaagd.  Als je deze vier eenvoudige succesindicatoren consequent toepast, weet je wanneer het genoeg is.  Dit is wat ik noem...<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">Het B.O.S.S. principe<\/h4>\n<p>Dit acroniem maakt het makkelijk te onthouden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B: Branden.<\/strong> \u00a0Als je spieren verbranden, komt dat doordat je ze intensief uitdaagt. Het neveneffect is een natuurlijke en gezonde afgifte van het menselijk groeihormoon en een toename in kracht en mogelijk spieren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O: Buiten adem.<\/strong> \u00a0Wanneer je je hart en longen uitdaagt, is de reactie van je lichaam om meer mitochondri\u00ebn in de cel te bouwen.  Dit is de fysieke locatie waar ATP\/energie wordt aangemaakt en vet wordt verbrand.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S: Zweet.<\/strong> \u00a0Het bijproduct van spiercontractie is warmte. Wanneer je lichaamstemperatuur stijgt, begin je te zweten om je homeostase te behouden.  Er worden calorie\u00ebn verbrand.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S: Strijd. \u00a0<\/strong>Als je weerstandstraining doet en je begint te worstelen en je kunt je vorm niet meer houden en\/of het gewicht niet meer tillen, dan is dit een stimulans voor kracht en als je voeding en slaap voldoende zijn, kan er spiergroei ontstaan.<\/p>\n<p>Daar heb je het - een eenvoudig principe om er zeker van te zijn dat je training werkt.  Eigenlijk is het een methode om te meten of JIJ aan het werk bent.  Weet je wat ik bedoel?<\/p>\n<p>De sleutel tot de overwinning is de dag winnen. Doe elke dag de kleine dingen die na verloop van tijd tot enorme resultaten zullen leiden. Het is niet ingewikkeld en het is geen sprint.
