Als je staat te popelen om het geheime Bikini Beach Dieet in handen te krijgen... klinkt als een gimmick en eerlijk gezegd zijn de meeste di\u00ebten dat ook. Dit is geen dieet. Het is een eenvoudige eetstrategie die je de rest van je leven kunt volhouden.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Stap \u00e9\u00e9n: denk goed na<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Als er geen grenzen waren en je alles kon bereiken wat je wilde, wat zou dan je Ultieme Fysieke Doel zijn?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hoe zou dat eruitzien?<\/li>\n<li>Hoe zou jij je daarbij voelen?<\/li>\n<li>Schrijf het op...Deze stap is het verschil tussen dromen en bereiken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Stap twee: Schrijf het op met een deadline<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Schrijf in een zin je doel op of maak een foto van hoe je eruit wilt zien.<\/li>\n<li>Hang het nu op een plek waar je het elke dag kunt zien.<\/li>\n<li>Hang er een op de badkamerspiegel, een op de koelkast en nog een in je portemonnee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Stap drie: Water drinken<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Drink \u00bd van je lichaamsgewicht in ons water per dag.<\/li>\n<li>Met andere woorden, als je 200 pond weegt, drink dan dagelijks 100 oz water.<\/li>\n<li>Uitdroging vertraagt de stofwisseling tot 40%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Stap Vier: Eet voedsel dat het dichtst bij de natuurlijke bron staat.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Vermijd alle bewerkte en verpakte voedingsmiddelen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nieuwsflits!!!
