Ze waren niet ge\u00efnteresseerd in elk klein detail; ze wilden alleen een eenvoudig plan dat echt werkte.<\/p>\n<p>Boem!  Hier is het...<\/p>\n<h3>8 dagelijkse handelingen die je geest, lichaam en prestaties veranderen<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Hydratatie: Drink 1\/2 van je lichaamsgewicht in ons water per dag.<\/li>\n<li>Eet voedingsmiddelen die het dichtst bij hun natuurlijke bron staan.  Vermijd meestal bewerkte voedingsmiddelen.<\/li>\n<li>Eet een \"resultaatmaaltijd\" (evenwichtige maaltijd) voordat je \"uitgehongerd\" bent. Plan je maaltijden en houd je eraan.<\/li>\n<li>Houd dagelijks een eetdagboek bij.  E\u00e9n onderzoek toonde een toename van 64% in resultaten.  Zelfbewustzijn is de eerste stap om iets in je leven te verbeteren.  Je weet niet wat je niet weet.<\/li>\n<li>Daag je lichaam uit met gewichten en cardio.  Doe aan weerstandstraining en cardiovasculaire conditie.<\/li>\n<li>Koppel je twee keer per dag minstens 10 minuten los.  Zit in \"STILTE\" en wees Aanwezig gedurende deze tijd. Dit loont enorm als je er een gewoonte van maakt.<\/li>\n<li>Herbekijk je doel dagelijks.  Weet wat je wilt bereiken, waarom je het wilt en wees dankbaar voor de kans.<\/li>\n<li>Maak elke avond plannen en bereid je voor op de volgende dag. Leven in voortdurende reactie leidt tot stress, slechte besluitvorming en minder voldoening in het leven.  Neem een moment om je dag te cre\u00ebren.  De beloningen zijn aanzienlijk.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-3792\" src=\"https:\/\/www.billybeck.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/IMG_1870-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Het is niet ingewikkeld, mijn vriend.  Het is niet gemakkelijk, maar het zal je leven zeker enorm verbeteren als je het leeft.
