Is het de moeite waard?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Volgens het onderzoeksinstituut Statistic Brain heeft slechts 9,2% van alle mensen die nieuwjaarsdoelen stellen het gevoel dat ze die bereikt hebben.  Nog verbazingwekkender is dat 42% toegaf dat ze binnen de eerste maand afhaakten!<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Werken doelen?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Psychologe Gail Matthews voerde in 2015 een onderzoek uit waaruit bleek dat wanneer mensen hun doelen opschrijven, ze 33% succesvoller zijn dan degenen die gewoon doelen in hun hoofd cre\u00ebren.<\/p>\n<p>In 2006 vonden onderzoekers Locke en Lathan een verband tussen het stellen van doelen en een verhoogde motivatie, eigenwaarde en zelfvertrouwen.<\/p>\n<p>Maar hebben we echt onderzoeken nodig om te bewijzen dat het stellen van doelen werkt?<\/p>\n<p>Is iemand per ongeluk de beste atleet op aarde geworden?<\/p>\n<p>Is er ooit iemand wakker geworden en gezegd: \"Wow, ik ben in de beste vorm van mijn leven! Dat was niet eens mijn bedoeling! Geluksvogel!\"?<\/p>\n<p>Wanneer ik begin te werken met een nieuwe cli\u00ebnt, is mijn doel om zo gedetailleerd mogelijk te begrijpen wat deze persoon wil bereiken.  Mijn cli\u00ebnten zijn meestal zeer \"succesvol\" op een bepaald gebied van hun leven.  Meestal is het echter niet duidelijk wat ze willen bereiken met hun training en voeding.<\/p>\n<h4>Zonder een duidelijke, overtuigende visie op wat je wilt worden, dreigt mislukking.<\/h4>\n<p>Dit is waarom...<\/p>\n<p>Het is niet gemakkelijk om je allerbeste lichaam te krijgen en een niet aflatende energie te bezitten om op je best te zijn en het beste van jezelf te geven.<\/p>\n<p>En het is vrijwel onmogelijk zonder een duidelijke, overtuigende visie op je toekomstige zelf.<\/p>\n<p>Zonder dit uiteindelijke doel ontbreekt het je aan de vastberadenheid en het doel om door te zetten als het moeilijk wordt.<\/p>\n<p>Gewapend met je duidelijke en overtuigende visie heb je een groter doel!  Dit doel stuwt je voort wanneer je voor uitdagingen komt te staan.<\/p>\n<p>Ik kan dit niet genoeg benadrukken.  Je moet absoluut de tijd investeren om mentaal de nieuwe jij te cre\u00ebren.<\/p>\n<p>Alle creatie begint met een gedachte.  Met genoeg emotie en herhaling vormt zich een overtuiging.<\/p>\n<p>Voor veel mensen houdt het hier op.  Geloof is alles. Overtuigingen zijn de regels waarnaar je leeft.  Vaak zijn we ons er helemaal niet van bewust waarom we doen wat we doen en waarom we andere dingen niet doen.<\/p>\n<h4>Als je zegevierend wilt zijn, dan moet je over drie kernovertuigingen beschikken.<\/h4>\n<h4>\"Ik kan dit.  Ik zal dit doen.  En het is het waard omdat........\":<\/h4>\n<p>Ik zou een beetje kunnen doordraven en allerlei details kunnen leren, maar daar heb je niets aan.<\/p>\n<p>In plaats daarvan is het jouw beurt.<\/p>\n<h4>Wat je nu doet, zal bepalen wat voor persoon je bent en wat voor persoon je in de toekomst zult worden.<\/h4>\n<p>Ben jij iemand die smoesjes verzint of iemand die actie onderneemt?<\/p>\n<p>Ben jij het type mens dat belangrijke dingen negeert of ben je het type mens dat doet wat belangrijk is, zelfs als het niet gemakkelijk is?<\/p>\n<p>Word je geleid door angst en twijfel of door geloof en moed?<\/p>\n<h4>Schrijf nu het antwoord op deze vragen op.<\/h4>\n<p>1. Als ik iets met mijn lichaam zou kunnen bereiken, hoe zou ik dan willen dat het aanvoelt?  Hoe zou ik willen dat mijn lichaam eruit zou zien? Wat zou ik willen dat mijn lichaam kon (een bepaalde afstand lopen, een bepaald gewicht tillen, je tenen aanraken, enz.)<\/p>\n<p>2.  Stel je even voor dat je er al was.  Beschrijf nu hoe dat voelt.  Hoe zou je leven eruit zien als je al in dit gezonde, levendige, energieke, sterke lichaam zou leven dat je zo goed van dienst is?<\/p>\n<p>3.
