Chris is die zeldzame mix van wetenschapper en kunstenaar. Er is niemand beter als het gaat om het cre\u00ebren van heerlijke resultaatgerichte maaltijden. Deze pannenkoeken zitten boordevol eiwitten en goede koolhydraten (Fuel Meal). Ze zijn ook geweldig voor onderweg. Je kunt ze opwarmen of koud eten. Ze smaken in beide gevallen heerlijk!<\/p>\n<p>Meestal eet ik deze tussen klanten door of als ik op een seminar ben, kies ik voor deze in plaats van een reep of een shake.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Als het gaat om vet verbranden, spieren opbouwen en energie krijgen, geldt ECHT VOEDSEL.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Snelle en makkelijke bosbessenpannenkoeken<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h5><strong>Ingredi\u00ebnten<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>1 kop havermout (ik geef de voorkeur aan glutenvrije havermout)<\/li>\n<li>3 eiwitten<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 kop magere kwark<\/li>\n<li>2 theelepels kaneelextract<\/li>\n<li>1 theelepel vanille-extract<\/li>\n<li>20 bosbessen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Bereidingsmethode<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Mix alle ingredi\u00ebnten behalve de bosbessen in een blender tot een gladde massa.<\/li>\n<li>Voeg de bosbessen toe en meng door het beslag.<\/li>\n<li>Verwarm een middelgrote pan met antiaanbaklaag voor op middelhoog vuur.  Spray de pan licht in met antiaanbakspray.<\/li>\n<li>Giet 1\/4 van het beslag in de pan tot het stevig genoeg is om om te draaien.
