Lauderdale, Florida.<\/p>\n<p>Ga naar het strand:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Haal diep adem en visualiseer wat ik wil bereiken.<\/li>\n<li>Stel een trainingsdoel. Bijvoorbeeld, voltooi Gauntlet binnen 25 minuten.<\/li>\n<li>Doe een warming-up met 1 mijl hardlopen. Langzaam beginnen en geleidelijk snelheid verhogen.<\/li>\n<li>De GAUNTLET<\/li>\n<li>Kies VIER oefeningen: E\u00e9n beweging van het onderlichaam (squats, split squats, jump squats, walking lunges), \u00e9\u00e9n duwbeweging (dips of push-ups), \u00e9\u00e9n trekbeweging (chins, pull-ups, inverted Rows) en \u00e9\u00e9n buikbeweging (hanging leg raises, jack knives, crunches).<\/li>\n<li>Begin met 10 herhalingen van elke beweging in een circuit.  Houd de rust tussen de bewegingen zo kort mogelijk.<\/li>\n<li>Maak dan 9 herhalingen van elke beweging.<\/li>\n<li>Nu 8 reps<\/li>\n<li>ZEVEN!<\/li>\n<li>Zie je hier een patroon ontstaan, Einstein?<\/li>\n<li>Het is je gelukt! Ga helemaal omlaag naar 1 REP per beweging.<\/li>\n<li>Klim dan terug de berg op.  Helemaal tot 10 herhalingen.  Geef alles.  Je hebt de rest van je leven om te rusten.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Stel je de beloningen voor die je wenst terwijl je de Gauntlet aanvalt.  Concentreer je op wat je wilt.<\/p>\n<p>Wat je ook doet, focus niet op pijn of ongemak.  Pijn is een indicator van toekomstige verandering.  Omarm het.<\/p>\n<p>Natuurlijk zijn er verschillende soorten pijn - goede en slechte.  Ik vertrouw erop dat je weet wanneer het risico groter is dan het voordeel.<\/p>\n<p>Val het plan aan,<\/p>\n<p>Billy Beck III<\/p>\n<p>P.S. Je kunt deze workout overal doen.  Je hoeft niet op het strand te zijn. Je kunt het op een speelplaats doen, in je huis, in de sportschool of in de gevangenis. Verdomme, kom gewoon van je luie kont en doe iets.
