Je stofwisseling raakt in een staat van ontbering waardoor de bloedsuikerspiegel gaat schommelen. Onderzoek van de Florida State University toont ook aan dat het overslaan van maaltijden leidt tot slechte beslissingen en een gebrek aan zelfcontrole. Kortom... sla geen maaltijden over tenzij je vet wilt opslaan! Deze week heb ik een maaltijdplan gemaakt, een boodschappenlijstje gegeven en zelfs twee recepten!
