Veel mensen grijpen vaak naar eiwitrepen in de veronderstelling dat dit de beste keuze is voor onderweg. Dit is niet per se een slechte optie, maar het is altijd het beste om te kiezen voor voedingsmiddelen die dichter bij hun natuurlijke bron staan! De meeste prote\u00efnerepen bevatten veel kunstmatige ingredi\u00ebnten en degene die dat niet hebben, bevatten vaak veel suiker. In het bericht van de volgende week zal ik de Top 5 Eiwitrepen op de markt met je delen en waar je ze kunt krijgen. <em>Top 5 Gezondste Snacks<\/em> die BETER zijn dan eiwitrepen.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">20 Rauwe amandelen &amp; 1 appel<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Gewone Griekse yoghurt &amp; 1 kopje biologische bosbessen<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">1\/2 avocado &amp; 2 kooivrije eieren met hete saus<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Manly Muffins (zie recept hieronder)<\/li>\n<li>Chocolade Mint Power Shake (zie recept hieronder)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Mannelijke muffins<\/h2>\n<h3>Ingredi\u00ebnten:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Heel ei (bij voorkeur biologisch gecertificeerd)<\/li>\n<li>1 kopje eiwit<\/li>\n<li>1 kopje natuurlijke appelmoes<\/li>\n<li>1 kop snelle haver<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 schep vanille prote\u00efnepoeder Formule 1<\/li>\n<li>2-3 eetlepels kaneel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Instructies:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Meng alle ingredi\u00ebnten in een grote mengkom tot een dik beslag. Het moet donkerbruin zijn. Als dat niet zo is, voeg dan een beetje meer kaneel toe totdat het wel zo is.<\/li>\n<li>Verwarm de oven voor op 350 graden.<\/li>\n<li>Spray aluminium muffins in met Cooking Spray of kokosolie.<\/li>\n<li>Schep vervolgens het beslag in de bakvormen en zorg ervoor dat ze tot de rand gevuld zijn.<\/li>\n<li>Bak 25-30 minuten. Ovens vari\u00ebren. Je kunt zien wanneer ze klaar zijn met bakken als ze rijzen.<\/li>\n<li>Haal uit de oven en spuit meteen boterspray op de bovenkant en strooi stevia en een paar druppels Ghee (geklaarde boter) op de bovenkant.<\/li>\n<li>Laat afkoelen en geniet!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Chocolade Mint Power Shake<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 1\/2 schep Chocolade Post Training Eiwit<\/li>\n<li>12 oz ongezoete vanille amandelmelk<\/li>\n<li>1 eetlepel Greens-X met muntsmaak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Moeite met het plannen van je maaltijden voor deze week?
