Blijkbaar was dat het geheim van haar gewichtsverlies, wilde iedereen maar denken. Zo simpel is het - eet de hele dag wat je wilt en stop om 20.00 uur. Niet echt.<\/p>\n<p>Om het antwoord te krijgen, kijken we naar de wetenschap.<\/p>\n<p>Volgens onderzoek gepubliceerd in het tijdschrift, <em><strong>Onderzoek naar obesitas<\/strong><\/em>Wetenschappers van het Oregon National Primate Research Center aan de Oregon Health &amp; Science University denken dat ze de mythe dat laat op de avond eten gewichtstoename veroorzaakt, de wereld uit hebben geholpen.<\/p>\n<p><em>\"We hebben allemaal wel eens te horen gekregen dat we niet 's avonds laat moeten eten, omdat dat leidt tot gewichtstoename. Ons onderzoek bij resusaapjes, die worden beschouwd als een uitstekend model voor het bestuderen van obesitas bij primaten (mens en aap), toonde echter aan dat 's avonds eten niet meer gewichtstoename bevordert dan overdag eten.\"<\/em> zegt Judy Cameron, Ph.D., een senior wetenschapper bij de afdelingen Voortplantingswetenschappen en Neurowetenschappen van het OHSU Oregon National Primate Research Center.<\/p>\n<p>Omdat onderzoek vaak verkeerd wordt ge\u00efnterpreteerd, zal ik mijn vertaling geven.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Hoe laat je eet is niet zo belangrijk als wat je eet en hoeveel je eet.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Met andere woorden, of de zon nu op of onder staat, de meeste mensen komen aan omdat ze te veel van het verkeerde voedsel eten.<\/p>\n<p>Ik heb nog nooit iemand dik zien worden van het eten van voedsel dat het dichtst bij de natuurlijke bron staat.<\/p>\n<p>Aardappelchips, ijs, bier, wijn, koekjes, pizza, vleugeltjes, donuts, cake... Ja, deze voedingsmiddelen en andere sterk bewerkte opties maken je dik - dag of nacht.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Wat je moet doen als je trek hebt<\/strong><\/h3>\n<div id=\"attachment_324\" style=\"width: 410px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-324\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-324\" title=\"Biologische producten\" src=\"https:\/\/www.billybeck.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/Organic-Produce.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"360\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-324\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Eet voedsel dat het dichtst bij de natuurlijke bron staat<\/p><\/div>\n<p>De meeste mensen vragen 's avonds laat wat ze kunnen eten. Tegen die tijd is het te laat. De ondergaande zon veroorzaakt geen trek. Trek is een neveneffect van het niet voorzien van het lichaam van voldoende voedingsstoffen die nodig zijn om te overleven. Je moet gedurende de dag voldoende van de juiste voedingsmiddelen eten en daarbij gehydrateerd blijven. Je kunt trek voorkomen door deze 5 principes te volgen.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Drink \u00bd van je lichaamsgewicht in ons water per dag.<\/li>\n<li>Eet voedsel dat het dichtst bij de natuurlijke bron staat.<\/li>\n<li>Vermijd bewerkte voedingsmiddelen<\/li>\n<li>Eet om de 3 uur vuur of brandstoffen<\/li>\n<li>Eet op een rustige, ontspannen manier.
