Ik noem het INFERNO.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>INFERNO = Vetverlies<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>INFERNO is een lactaatdrempelprotocol, wat in feite betekent dat het gaat branden als H-E-dubbele hockeysticks. Deze verbranding wordt, zoals je waarschijnlijk wel weet, veroorzaakt door een ophoping van melkzuur. Wat je misschien niet weet, is de reactie van het lichaam op deze toestand. Het belangrijkste doel van het lichaam is altijd overleven boven al het andere.  Wanneer de spieren volgezogen zijn met melkzuur, kunnen ze niet langer samentrekken. In overlevingstermen (denk aan een holbewoner die een sabeltandtijger ontwijkt) betekent dit dat je niet kunt \"VECHTEN of VLUCHTEN\".  In wezen zijn je overlevingskansen niet goed in deze door melkzuur veroorzaakte toestand.  De reactie van het lichaam is om het overtollige melkzuur te verwijderen, dus de hypofyse geeft groeihormoon (GH) af om daarbij te helpen. Met groeihormoon verbrand je vet, bouw je spieren op en zie je er beter uit. Hoe groter de verbranding, hoe groter de afgifte van GH. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Bewezen werking in de loopgraven<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>De INFERNO is geen workout die ik voor deze video heb verzonnen.  Ik heb het de afgelopen 6 jaar (2005) op de proef gesteld en het heeft resultaat opgeleverd. Anders zou ik hem niet delen.  In combinatie met de juiste voeding en een gerichte mindset kun je verwachten 0,5% lichaamsvet per week te verliezen (hoewel we vaak een grotere vetvermindering zien).<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Uitdaging = verandering<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Wat zo geweldig is aan deze video in plaats van alleen een afdruk van het programma, is dat je ziet welk intensiteitsniveau nodig is om fysieke verandering teweeg te brengen. Wees je ervan bewust dat niet iedereen op het niveau van Adam zit.  Hij traint al jaren.  Het is aan jou om te bepalen waar je moet beginnen. Ik stel voor om te beginnen met 1 set en door te gaan naar 2 sets en dan 3 sets per circuit. De sleutel is om het lichaam uit te dagen.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Een veelgemaakte fout die de INFERNO ondoeltreffend maakt<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Een laatste punt dat ik wil benadrukken is dat je je rustperiodes moet timen met een stopwatch. Niet gokken-schatten. <strong> Specifieke rustperioden leveren specifieke resultaten op.<\/strong> De meeste mensen rusten veel te lang.
