In die tijd was ik een footballspeler, competitief bodybuilder en stoere bokser, dus ik at altijd als een atleet. Toen mensen me begonnen te vertellen over alle verschillende di\u00ebten die ze hadden geprobeerd, was ik stomverbaasd. Veel ervan herkende ik niet eens. Dus als de grote nerd die ik ben, ging ik naar de Borders Bookstore en verdiepte ik me in de boeken over di\u00ebten. In de loop van een paar maanden las ik 68 verschillende dieetboeken. Het enige wat het deed was me nog meer verwarren. LOL! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><em>Toen kreeg ik een openbaring.<\/em> Ik realiseerde me dat als ik spieren wilde toevoegen, ik anders at en anders trainde om het resultaat te bereiken. Toen ik mijn doel veranderde in vetverbranding en vetzucht, veranderde ik opnieuw mijn manier van eten en trainen. De openbaring was deze - als het doel verandert, verandert ook het plan. Het doel en het plan moeten op elkaar zijn afgestemd. Deze eenvoudige strategie wordt vaak over het hoofd gezien. Ik noem dit NUTRITION CYCLING. Het elimineert de verwarring die de meeste di\u00ebten cre\u00ebren en maakt de ervaring van eten veel aangenamer en duurzamer. Kortom: het werkt.<\/p>\n<p>Hoe werkt het? In principe zijn er 3 verschillende soorten maaltijden die specifieke resultaten opleveren.
