Het is een ongeraffineerd, ongebleekt zeezout dat voor de kust van Frankrijk wordt geoogst en veel sporenelementen bevat. Het is iets duurder dan gewoon keukenzout, maar met een beetje kom je een heel eind en de gezondheidsvoordelen zijn veel beter.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingredi\u00ebnten:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kerriesaus Opbrengsten: <\/strong>Ongeveer 1 kopje<\/li>\n<li>1 kopje gele ui, in blokjes gesneden<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd eetlepel knoflook, fijngehakt<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd eetlepel gember, fijngehakt<\/li>\n<li>1 theelepel kerriepoeder<\/li>\n<li>1 kopje natriumarme groentebouillon<\/li>\n<li>1 eetlepel ma\u00efzena<\/li>\n<li>2 eetlepels vetvrije \u00bd en \u00bd<\/li>\n<li>1 eetlepel smart balance boter light<\/li>\n<li>3 zakjes stevia \/ splenda<\/li>\n<li>1 eetlepel groene ui<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Kip:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>4 ons kipfilet, al het vet en vel verwijderd<\/li>\n<li>naar smaak zout<\/li>\n<li>naar smaak gemalen zwarte peper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Bruine rijst:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 kop bruine rijst<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00bc kopje water<\/li>\n<li>naar smaak zout<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Bereidingswijze:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Kruid de kip met zout en peper. Grill de kip tot hij gaar is. Snijd in stukken en zet apart.<\/li>\n<li>Verwarm in een steelpan de zilvervliesrijst en het water tot het kookt. Zet de rijst op een laag pitje en dek af. Laat 30-45 minuten koken tot alle vloeistof is opgenomen. Haal de rijst van het vuur en laat nog 5 minuten afgedekt staan.<\/li>\n<li>Spray een andere sauspan licht in met pam spray. Fruit de ui, knoflook en gember op middelhoog vuur tot ze zacht zijn.<\/li>\n<li>Voeg het kerriepoeder toe en bak nog 2 minuten tot het geurig is.<\/li>\n<li>Meng de groentebouillon en ma\u00efzena erdoor. Kook de vloeistof tot het begint te pruttelen en indikt.<\/li>\n<li>Roer de overige ingredi\u00ebnten erdoor.<\/li>\n<li>Doe \u00be kopje rijst op een bord. Gooi de kip in \u00bc kopje kerriesaus.
