Tot die tijd concentreerde ik me voornamelijk op het doen van \u00e9\u00e9n set totdat ik er geen beweging meer in kon krijgen en rustte dan.  Eenmaal hersteld (60-180 seconden) deed ik het nog een keer en nog een keer totdat ik het geplande aantal sets had gedaan.  Dit was een effectieve tactiek, maar ik wist dat als ik comfortabeler werd met mijn trainingsplan, mijn lichaam dat ook zou worden.  Dus zocht ik naar een ander aanvalsplan.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>DRIEPELS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Kies een willekeurige oefening om deze zeer effectieve techniek uit te voeren:<\/p>\n<p>Laten we Dumbbell curls als voorbeeld nemen.<\/p>\n<p>Pak een set dumbbells die een uitdaging vormen bij 10-12 herhalingen.<\/p>\n<p>Pak dan meteen een lichter gewicht en hamer er nog 10-12 uit.<\/p>\n<p>Kies vervolgens weer een nog lichter gewicht en maak zoveel mogelijk reps.<\/p>\n<p>Als mijn klanten op reis zijn of weinig tijd hebben, gebruik ik vaak een driedubbele drop-routine om zoveel mogelijk werk te verzetten in zo min mogelijk tijd. Ik maak graag gebruik van FREE MOTION of andere selectieve toestellen. De belangrijkste reden is het gemak om gewoon aan een pin te trekken en het gewicht tijdig te veranderen.
