{"id":2192,"date":"2005-11-12T14:47:00","date_gmt":"2005-11-12T18:47:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.billybeck.com\/wordpress\/physical-training\/how-to-burn-fat-part-1"},"modified":"2017-09-19T15:29:51","modified_gmt":"2017-09-19T19:29:51","slug":"hoe-vet-te-verbranden-deel-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/billybeck.com\/nl\/physical-training\/how-to-burn-fat-part-1","title":{"rendered":"Hoe vet te verbranden - deel 1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Laten we zeggen dat je in een restaurant zit en je met je eigen zaken bemoeit en net op het moment dat je van een slok van je ijskoude drankje gaat genieten, komt er een man aanlopen die aan je oor begint te likken.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"color: #cc0000;\">Wat zou jij doen? <\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Ga naar een andere tafel.<\/li>\n<li>Vraag hem om te stoppen.<\/li>\n<li>Geef hem een flink pak slaag!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Je zou alles doen om de irritante plaag te stoppen.<\/p>\n<p>Dit is een voorbeeld van hoe ons lichaam werkt.  Het is een principe dat<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>\"Irritatie en aanpassing.\"<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Ons lichaam is altijd op zoek naar homeostase, een staat van comfort.  Als het lichaam ge\u00efrriteerd raakt, zal het zich bewust of onbewust aanpassen om de irritatie te elimineren.<\/p>\n<p>We verlangen naar comfort (plezier) en vermijden pijn.<\/p>\n<p>Het menselijk lichaam is verbazingwekkend, omdat het zich voortdurend aanpast aan elke belasting die erop wordt uitgeoefend. De eerste keer dat je halters van twintig pond optilde, was het waarschijnlijk moeilijk om ze tien keer op te tillen. Je moest echt worstelen, kronkelen en spartelen om die laatste paar reps te halen. Uiteindelijk werden ze makkelijker en toen was je in staat om halters van vijfentwintig pond op te tillen.  Het lichaam was ge\u00efrriteerd en paste zich aan door sterker te worden.<\/p>\n<p>Als je de twintig-ponders blijft tillen, stimuleer (irriteer) je de spier niet. Op dat moment slaat het \"plateau\" toe... de vooruitgang stuit op een muur.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>De enige manier om continue vooruitgang te garanderen is <\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Daag het lichaam uit <\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>verder dan wat comfortabel is.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Vraag jezelf af: \"Kan ik er nog \u00e9\u00e9n doen?\"<\/p>\n<p>Als het antwoord \"ja\" is, dan weet je wat je moet doen.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>COMFORT KILLS!<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>P.S. In deel twee van deze artikelreeks zal ik de VIJF meest verlammende fouten met je delen die bijna iedereen maakt (zelfs professionele atleten.) Je zult het niet willen missen.<\/p>\n<p>P.S.S.
