In deze video neem ik Adam mee door een R.A.W.-workout die ik de PILLARS of PAIN noem. Hoewel ik eindeloos veel variaties van dit protocol gebruik, geef ik je hier twee versies.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>De originele PILLAREN VAN PAAR<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>PILAAR 1:<\/strong> Banden dragen 20 meter en terug<\/p>\n<p><strong>PIJL 2:<\/strong> Vat boerenloop 20 meter en terug<\/p>\n<p><strong>PILAAR 3:<\/strong> Touw Roeien 60 voet touw<\/p>\n<p><strong>PILAAR 4:<\/strong> Hummer 200 meter duwen &amp; terugrennen<\/p>\n<p>Rust 60 seconden<\/p>\n<p>Voltooi 3 Cirkels<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Indoor Sportschool Versie<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>PILAAR 1:<\/strong> Clean &amp; Press 10 reps<\/p>\n<p><strong>PIJL 2:<\/strong> Walking Lunges 10 herhalingen<\/p>\n<p><strong>PILAAR 3:<\/strong> Chin-ups 10 herhalingen<\/p>\n<p><strong>PILAAR 4:<\/strong> Squats 20 herhalingen<\/p>\n<p>Rust 60 seconden<\/p>\n<p>Circuits 1-4 voltooien<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Waarschuwing<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ik hoef dit waarschijnlijk niet eens te zeggen, maar dit is GEEN workout voor beginners. Zorg ervoor dat je gezond en in staat bent. Begin met \u00e9\u00e9n set, zorg voor een strakke vorm, rust iets langer als dat nodig is en ga geleidelijk verder. Het zijn de kleine stapjes in de goede richting die grootsheid cre\u00ebren. Streef naar vooruitgang.<\/p>\n<p>Een veelgemaakte fout is dat de meeste mensen denken dat ze een flink pak slaag nodig hebben om de look te krijgen die ze willen. Dit is niet waar. Je moet het lichaam alleen stimuleren, niet vernietigen.<\/p>\n<p>Genoeg gepraat, laten we ter zake komen.
