Ze proberen bijvoorbeeld te sporten, een nieuw dieet te volgen of een supplement te nemen. Hoewel elk van deze methodes wel wat resultaat oplevert, raken ze uiteindelijk gefrustreerd en stoppen ze ermee.<\/p>\n<p>Er is niet \u00e9\u00e9n geheim ingredi\u00ebnt. Vet verbranden, spieren opbouwen en prestaties optimaliseren lukt nooit met \u00e9\u00e9n tactiek. Het vereist een combinatie van ingredi\u00ebnten.
