Mescolate e lasciate riposare finch\u00e9 non inizia a fare le bolle.<\/li>\n<li>Unire la miscela di acqua e lievito e il resto degli ingredienti in una ciotola. Impastare con un gancio da cucina (se non si dispone di una macchina da cucina, impastare a mano).<\/li>\n<li>Quando gli ingredienti si uniscono, mettere l'impasto sul bancone e lavorarlo a mano fino a ottenere un impasto liscio e ben combinato. Mettere l'impasto in una ciotola e coprirlo con pellicola trasparente o con un panno leggermente umido. Mettete la ciotola in un luogo caldo e lasciate lievitare per 30-40 minuti.<\/li>\n<li>Pesare l'impasto dopo la lievitazione. Prendete il peso totale dell'impasto e dividetelo per undici. Questo \u00e8 il peso che deve avere ogni pallina di pasta. Quindi pesate undici pezzi di pasta uguali di quel peso. A questo punto, tutti gli impasti che non utilizzerete, avvolgeteli singolarmente nella pellicola trasparente, metteteli in un sacchetto a chiusura ermetica e congelateli.
